este contrato se denominará “La Primera Parte” o
“Empleador”; Y
SANTIAGO SUAREZ CANO, identificado como
aparece en la parte inicial de este contrato, de
nacionalidad colombiana, quien para los términos
de este contrato se denominará “La Segunda
Parte” o “Trabajador”; han celebrado el presente
contrato de trabajo, regido por las siguientes
cláusulas:
PRIMERA. El Empleador contrata los servicios
personales del Trabajador y este se obliga: a). A

WORKFORCE CONNECTION LLC, represented in this
act by Readh Faraj Ahmed Alkindi, identified with

for the terms of this contract will be called “The First

cuando lo estime conveniente. El trabajador
tendrá un descanso semanal de dos (2) días, los
cuales deberán ser concertados previamente con el
Empleador.
SEPTIMA: Son justas causas para dar por terminado
unilateralmente este contrato por cualquiera de las
partes, las definidas en la legislación laboral de los
Emiratos Árabes Unidos, incluyendo
incumplimiento de las obligaciones derivadas del
contrato, por cualquiera de ellas.
OCTAVA: Transferencia y roles adicionales: El
Empleador se reserva el derecho de transferir al
Trabajador a cualquiera de sus operaciones locales
y/o globales y de desempeñar funciones
adicionales, cuando sea necesario, durante la
vigencia de su servicio.
NOVENA: El presente contrato estará sujeto a las
condiciones de empleo acordadas, así como a las
políticas, procedimientos y prácticas del
Empleador. El Empleador se reserva el derecho de
modificar cualquiera de los beneficios mencionados
anteriormente en cualquier momento a su
exclusivo criterio. El Empleador informará al
Trabajador de cualquier cambio cuando ocurra.
FIFTH. Both Parties shall further acknowledge that in
case either Party desires to terminate the Contract

other Party of such desire within two (2) months prior
to the determined date of termination. Such period

relation shall remain effective throughout such
period.
SIXTH: The Worker is obliged to work the ordinary
time of 48 hours per week, on shifts within the hours
indicated by the Employer, which could be subject to
changes and adjustments when the Employer deems
it convenient. The Worker will have a weekly rest of
two (2) days, which must be previously arranged with
the Employer.
SEVENTH: The just causes for terminating this
contract unilaterally by any of the parties are those
defined in the United Arab Emirates labor legislation,
including unilaterally termination due to the breach
of the contractual obligations, by either party.
EIGHTH: Transfer and additional roles: The Employer
reserves the right to transfer the Worker to any of its
local and/or global operations and to perform
additional functions, when necessary, during the term
of its service.
NINTH: This contract will be subject to the agreed
conditions of employment, as well as the Employer’s
policies, procedures and practices.
The employer reserves the right to modify any of the
benefits mentioned above at any time at its sole
discretion. You will be informed of any changes when
they occur.
DECIMA: La relación laboral regida por el Contrato
ejecutado en virtud de esta Oferta de trabajo será
contractual y consensual. Ninguna de las Partes
estará obligada a continuar dicha relación laboral
contractual con la otra Parte sin su consentimiento,
siempre que la Parte que rescinda el Contrato a su
exclusivo criterio asuma todas las consecuencias
legales que se deriven de dicho acto.
DECIMA PRIMERA. El presente contrato se regirá
de acuerdo a la legislación laboral de los Emiratos
Árabes Unidos y toda modificación o cláusula
adicional será anexada al presente contrato.
El presente Contrato se ejecutará en tres juegos
originales debidamente firmados por ambas partes.
Cada parte recibirá y retendrá una copia de la
misma y la tercera deberá ser presentada por el
Empleador al Ministerio de Trabajo de Emiratos
Árabes Unidos (MOHRE) como requisito previo
para la emisión de la visa de trabajo.

TENTH: The labor relation governed by the Contract
executed under this Job Offer, shall be a contractual
and consensual relationship. Neither Party shall be
obliged to continue such contractual labor
relationship with the other Party without its consent,
provided that the Party terminating the Contract at its
sole discretion shall bear all legal consequences
resulting therefrom.
ELEVENTH. This contract will be governed in
accordance with the labor laws of the United Arab
Emirates and any modification or additional clause
will be attached to this contract.
This Job Offer is executed in three original
counterparts duly signed by both parties. Each party
shall receive and retain a copy thereof and the third
one shall be submitted by the Employer to the UAE
Ministry of Labor (MOHRE) as a prerequisite for
issuance of the work permit.
