El texto de ENGLISH SKILLS 1 , está formado por los siguientes ejes básicos: se-
res vivos, procesos físicos y químicos y educación ambiental. La estructura peda-
gógica incluye las siguientes secciones:
Color: children learn and retain
information longer when color is
used in educational material and
in the classroom. Eighty percent
of the brain receives information
visually. Color stimulates the visual
sense and encourages the reten-
tion of information in english.
Decorate: decoration activities
encourge in children a motiva-
tion way to learn english. Also it
helps to the retention of infor-
mation.
Cut and Stick: children enjoy and
learning while they are cutting and
sticking something. These activi-
ties improve memory and they re-
tain easier information.
Draw: a picture paints a thousand
words, drawing is a great way
of improve English, to learn
vocabulary, and grammar.
Count: to learn numbers in english
is important to count. Children do
counting activities to improve skill
in english learning process.
Listen to your teacher: in english
learning process is important
to listen to the teacher for
instructions. To follow instructions
is recommended to children for
improving their skills.
Inglés
Match: matching activities
stimulates creativity in the children
by making connections between
words and ideas, and between
words and pictures, they build
vocabulary skills. It helps to reinforce
the learning process of english and
make it fun.
Sing: the use of music and rhythm
is an ancient way to teach new
languages. when you start singing
songs in a language that is foreign
to you that your ability to pronounce
the words and put sentences and
grammar together become much
improved. Learning English and other
languages through song can make
the entire process significantly easier
for children.
Write: process writing is an approach
to incorporating writing skills from the
very beginning of the English learning
process. Writing focuses on allowing
students - especially young learners -
to write with plenty of room left for
error. Standard correction begins
slowly, and children are encouraged
to communicate through writing,
despite limited understanding of
structure.
