disconnect the cootant conditioner sLppty lube trom the qtinder btock, th;;
remove the coolant condrhoner adapter from the thermosht hous¡no, ielain
the coolant condirioner adapter mountinq screws for tater use.
2. Apply s¡last¡c (part No. 342sx32) to the backside (s¡de opposite the paÉ
number) ofthe thermostaa hous¡ng cover ptate (part No. 332G8263i.
3. fnstall the cover (part No. facing out) to the thermostar housing and secure
wlth the t-wo adapter mount¡ng screws that were removed ealier,
4. Install the 1/8" NPT plpe pluq (paÉ No. 49AX231) into the port in the cyt¡nder
block from where the coolant cond¡t¡oner suppty tube was removed.
5. Ifthe cooling system had been completely dF¡ned, refitt with tresb cootant,
then ¡nst¿lltwo SCA pack€ts (part No. 1045F1) to the cooting system. rthe
system was only p¿rtially dra¡ned, add the coolant or¡qlnatty dra¡n€d from the
system. Test the coolant with a test str¡p (part No_ 9953-354102) for
antifrceze €oncentrat¡on and nltrite lev€|. Add SCA packets or adjust cootant
