Descripción of my eating habits, incluye:
kinds of food I eat, time I eat, my favorite
food. I going to talk about things that I like
for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is
the most important meal of the day because
it is the first and the body uses and
processes food for its proper functioning. I
have breakfast everyday at twenty to six, I
make breakfast in my home. I usually eat
scramble eggs with bread and chocolate or
cereals with milk or fruits salad.I like fruits
and I eat apples or pearsSometimes I just
want to eat fruit for breakfast and other days
I like to eat cereal with milk.At one o'clock
P.M. most days I have lunch.I buy lunch at a
restaurant near work.In lunch I usually eat a
portion of meat, some rice or potatoes,
some pasta, some lentil and a lot of salad,
the salad has onions and tomatoes is
sliced.I like all kind of pasta. Although
sometimes at lunch I change the portion of
meat by a portion of chicken or a portion of
pork or a portion of fried fish. When I have
thirst I drink much juice or lemonade. I don't
like hot food. Also, I take a little nap after of
lunch every day. At six o'clock, after I have
finished work, I go home to cook dinner. In
my house I usually make dinner. At dinner
my mom and my sister eats very little, they
only took some bread with chocolate or take
a large glass of milk and cookies, but I eat
very much and prepare delicious food, well
that's what I think. Sometimes my mother
sees what I prepare and tells me to make
dinner for her. The family eat dinner together
at seven thirty.
At dinner I make a potato soup with egg,
and also do fried arepa filled with chicken o
fried cornmeal cake filled with cheese. In

Descripción de mis hábitos alimenticios,
incluyen: clases de comida que como, el tiempo
que como, mi comida favorita. Voy a hablar de
las cosas que me gustan para el desayuno,
almuerzo y cena. El desayuno es la comida más
importante del día, ya que es el primero y el
cuerpo utiliza y procesa los alimentos para su
correcto funcionamiento. Tengo desayuno
todos los días a las veinte para seis, hago el
desayuno en mi casa. Por lo general como los
huevos revueltos con pan y chocolate o cereales
con leche o ensalada de frutas. Me gustan las
frutas y como manzanas o peras. A veces sólo
quiero comer la fruta para el desayuno y otros
días me gusta comer cereal con leche. A la 1:00
en punto la mayoría de los días almuerzo.
Compró el almuerzo en un restaurante cerca del
trabajo. En el almuerzo Por lo general como una
porción de carne, un poco de arroz o patatas, un
poco de pasta, un poco de lenteja y mucho de
ensalada, la ensalada tiene cebollas y tomates
en rodajas. Me gusta todo tipo de pasta.
Aunque a veces en el almuerzo cambio la
