Calibracion valvula IAC

La Calibración de la válvula Cuando sea necesario reemplazar la válvula, deberemos tomar en


cuenta que una válvula nueva no viene en la misma posición que la original; entonces, es
necesario calibrarla; de lo contrario, ocasionará fallas en el motor: lo mantendrá acelerado, a bajas
revoluciones, en revoluciones erróneas (aceleración y desaceleración); o bien, se apagará. Para
evitar esto y calibrar la nueva válvula, ésta se debe colocar en su alojamiento sin modificar
manualmente el vástago, y se conecta al equipo; y a continuación, se enciende el motor. Con el
botón de velocidad del equipo en la posición del número 1, se presiona el botón de activación para
enviar pulsos electrónicos a la válvula; el botón de sentido sirve para acelerar o desacelerar, de
modo que se ajusten las RPM indicadas por el fabricante; de este modo, la válvula quedará
calibrada; y luego deberá desconectarse del equipo, y volver a conectar su arnés original. Una vez
calibrada la válvula, es posible que el motor se acelere o se apague. Esto es momentáneo, y se
debe a que la computadora verifica la posición del vástago y a que recalibra electrónicamente la
válvula.

Mantenimiento preventivo (limpieza) de la válvula Cuando se requiere limpiar a fondo la válvula


IAC, hay que desarmarla por completo; esto se hace conectando la válvula al equipo para extender
su vástago, mediante el botón de activación; y seleccionando el número 2 en el interruptor de
velocidad, para poder extraerlo por completo. Pero antes de esto, debe medirse la altura del
vástago; y así, cuando se deba volver a armar, quedará en su posición original. La válvula se limpia
con líquido dieléctrico, y después se lubrica. Al finalizar su limpieza, se vuelve a armar con el
equipo; sólo hay ejecutar a la inversa el procedimiento de desarmado, teniendo cuidado de no
dañar la guía del vástago.

Hi impedance fuel Injector
Specifications:
-You can test up to 4 injector simultaneously.
-Secuential test, this allow that each injector is tested in same
condition.
-Volume flow test with 1 minute run
-Continous run for cleaning
-Short circuit detection
-Auto detection of injectors and their impedance
Usage:
-Plug the injectors, will be autodetected
-The left button change the opening time as seen in the image

-If are in middle of any test, the right button will work as STOP,
canceling the test.
-If no are working any test, the right button will start the ONE
MINUTE TEST.
Note:If you plug ONLY ONE injector to test, you will need press
the RESET button one single time.
Low impedance fuel Injector
Specifications:
-You can test up to 4 injector simultaneously
-Secuential test, this allow that each injector is tested in same
condition
-Volume flow test with 1 minute run
-Continous run for cleaning
-Short circuit detection
-Auto detection of injectors and their impedance
Usage:
-Plug the injectors, will be autodetected
-The left start the continous test for cleaning, with 2ms of opening.
-If are in middle of any test, the right button will work as STOP,
canceling the test.
-If no are working any test, the right button will start the ONE
MINUTE TEST.
Note: to avoid low impedance injectors overheat, The device only
allow automatically 2ms test for this injector type
Note2:If you plug ONLY ONE injector to test, you will need press
the RESET button one single time.
IAC - Stepper motor
Specifications:

-Autodetect is the motor is MM or Bosh type
-Permit slow motion for fine tunning in fixed mode.

Usage:
-Plug the stepper motor, will be autodetected
-Press left button, the motor will move to one side
-Press rigth button, the motor will move to another side
-If the touch is short, the stepper motor will move a single step
-Single step is usefull for emergency run, allow to you set manualy the
idle RPM
-The fast move allow see if the motor fail to move or fail to move
smootly
-Press both side buttons and the motor will start a continous move
-In continous move the stepper will open and close permanently until
you press one side button
