The main conclusion was that Freud, Lorenz and Bataille judged
aggression and death as essential and constitutive components
of life development. The three of them also mentioned a straight
relation between reproduction and death. Besides, different functions
carried out by aggression for the species conservation were found.
Additionally, it was found that some non-human species, as wolves,
have innate aggression inhibition mechanisms that prevent them
from killing other animals of their same kind and seem not to be
