EDITORIAL
El tiempo pasa aprisa cuando se disfruta; as han
sido estos cuatro aos. Han sido buenos aos en
los que la amistad y el desarrollo de nuestras
tcnicas se han entrelazado en momentos
gloriosos y de descubrimiento.

Al pasar el tiempo y ver hacia atrs, nos


percatamos de todas las personas y recuerdos
que hemos construido juntos, permitiendo creer,
crecer y soar junto a un papel que la posperidad
y el buen nombre de nuestro pas es posible.

Creemos en lo que podemos lograr y gracias


a todas las personas que nos acompaan ese
sueo cada vez est ms cercano. El quinquenio
se avecina, la esperanza se ve en el horizonte,
soemos en ese nuevo reto, mientras disfrutamos
de este cuarto evento.

en cuenta que afectan a varias
capas que pueden no verse con
claridad en los diagramas.

Especialmente importante es

o las dos capas que hay que
