componentes, y el suministro de una
amplia gama de bombas elctricas

Bauteilen und der Bereitstellung eines

La experiencia en el tratamiento de
lquidos (mezclas, dispersin, emulsin,
etc.), viene avalada por ms de 70 aos de
permanencia en el mercado.
Durante estos aos, nuestra meta ha sido

existentes en los distintos sectores de la
agitacin, prestando a nuestros clientes
una atencin permanente y un esfuerzo

Nuestros fabricados cumplen la

Directiva de Seguridad 2006/42/CE.
Nuestros agitadores estn diseados y
construidos para asegurar el nivel de
proteccin exigido por las normas de la
Directiva ATEX 94/9/CE, pudiendo ser
utilizados en ambientes en los que sea
probable la formacin de atmsferas
explosivas debidas a gases, vapores,
nieblas (Zona 1) o polvos en suspensin
(Zona 21) y estn incluidos en el Grupo de
aparatos II Categora 2, de acuerdo con la
documentacin depositada en el Organismo Noticado LOM (N del Certicado de
Custodia: 04ATEX0003).

Directive 2006/42/EC. Our agitators are
designed and built to guarantee the level of
protection required by ATEX Directive

which explosive atmospheres caused by

Nuestro Departamento de Ingeniera dispone

de un potente software que permite realizar
clculos uidodinmicos en CFD (Fluido
Dinmica Computacional).

software to carry out Computational Fluid
Dynamics (CFD) calculations.

Unsere Engineering-Abteilung verfgt ber

leistungsstarke Software, die uiddynamische
Berechnungen in CFD (computergesteuerte
Fluiddynamik) ermglicht.

Mediante los clculos en CFD se conoce el

comportamiento del uido al ser accionado
por un agitador. Se obtienen los resultados
necesarios para poder disear la mquina de
forma ptima, tales como: caudal de las
turbinas, potencias consumidas, eciencia,
existencia de vrtice en la supercie... y cmo
se distribuye la temperatura, velocidad,
presin y posibles slidos insolubles dentro
del tanque.
La investigacin e innovacin del Departamento de Ingeniera nos garantizan la mejora
constante en nuestros productos y la
adecuada oferta a nuestros clientes.

CFD calculations dene how a uid will

behave when moved by an agitator. Such
data are necessary to design the optimum
machine, such as: turbine ow, power
consumption, efficiency, the existence of
vortices on the surface... and how temperature, speed, pressure and possible insoluble solids are distributed within the tank.
The research and innovation carried out by
our Engineering Department ensure that

Agitaser dispone de un laboratorio en el
que se pueden realizar todo tipo de
pruebas y ensayos y, as, estudiar a fondo el
producto para construir un prototipo piloto
idneo para la agitacin del producto.

Cuando las geometras son simples y el
proceso no es complejo, se puede simplicar el estudio mediante mtodos tericoprcticos. El departamento tcnico de

Agitaser verfgt ber ein komplett
ausgerstetes Labor, in dem jede Art von
Tests und Versuchen durchgefhrt werden
knnen. So ist es mglich, das Produkt
grndlich zu untersuchen, um dann den fr
den Rhrvorgang des Produkts geeigneten
Pilot-Prototyp zu konstruieren.
THEORETISCH
Im Fall von einfachen Geometrien und
Prozessen kann die Untersuchung mit Hilfe
von theoretisch-praktischen Verfahren
vereinfacht werden. Die technische
Abteilung von Agitaser verfgt ber eine
eigene Software, um hier eine schnelle und
effiziente Lsung anbieten zu knnen.
CFD
Bei atypischen Geometrien oder komplizierten Prozessen wird eine Untersuchung
in CFD durchgefhrt.

Estanqueidad: Estos agitadores pueden

trabajar sometidos a presin o vaco,
incorporndoles un sistema de estanqueidad mediante cierres mecnicos, retenes
de presin o estopadas. Estos cierres
mecnicos pueden llevar un dispositivo
que permite sacar el cierre mecnico sin
tener que desmontar el agitador del
reactor.

Seal: These agitators can work under

pressure or in a vacuum by adding a
sealing system using mechanical or
pressure seals or stuffing boxes. These
mechanical seals can contain a device that
allows the mechanical seal to be removed
without having to dismantle the agitator
from the reactor.

Dichtheit: Diese Rhrwerke knnen mit

Druck oder Vakuum arbeiten. Die Dichtheit

Los agitadores estn provistos de los
elementos necesarios (cierres mecnicos,
retenes de presin, etc.), para garantizar la
estanqueidad del producto en el depsito.
Segn modelo, pueden disponer de un
sistema de recambio de los cierres y
rodamientos sin tener que vaciar el
depsito.
En estos agitadores pueden ir montados

Rhrwerke mit Flansch fr den Eintritt

von der Seite oder dem Behlterboden aus,
geeignet fr Mischung und Konservierung
von Produkten.
Die Rhrwerke sind mit den notwendigen
Elementen (Gleitring-, Druckdichtungen
u.a.) ausgerstet und garantieren so die
Dichtheit des Produkts im Behlter.
Je nach Modell knnen diese Rhrwerke
mit einer Auswechselvorrichtung fr
Dichtungen und Lager ausgerstet sein, so
dass der Behlter nicht geleert werden
muss.
Diese Rhrwerke knnen mit Elektro-,
Druckluft- oder Hydraulikmotoren verbunden werden und in allen vorhandenen
Schutzklassen entsprechend den derzeit
geltenden Normen arbeiten.

SOPORTES ELEVADORES

ELEVATOR SUPPORTS

Disponemos de varios modelos de

soportes segn se requiera que su emplazamiento sea jo (pared o suelo) o mvil.

depending on whether they need to be
xed (wall or oor) or mobile.

El movimiento vertical de los agitadores

puede ser mediante accionamiento manual
o neumtico, pudindose utilizar ambas
modalidades en zonas clasicadas.

Agitators can be moved vertically via

manual or pneumatic systems, both being
possible in classied zones.

Estn fabricados con tubo cuadrangular en

acero pintado. Disponen de un dispositivo
para sujetar el depsito al soporte.
Por su interior se desplaza el contrapeso.
En su parte exterior se instala la estructura
para sujetar la gua y la columna, formando
un monobloque por donde se desliza,
mediante rodamientos lineales, la silla del
agitador. Estos rodamientos facilitan su
movimiento y manejo, evitando esfuerzos
innecesarios en el desplazamiento vertical
del agitador.
En la versin manual el desplazamiento
vertical del agitador se realiza mediante un
contrapeso. El contrapeso se desplaza por
el interior de la columna. En cuanto a la
versin neumtica, el desplazamiento
vertical del agitador se realiza mediante
pistn neumtico.
Cuando el lugar de trabajo lo requiere,
estos soportes tambin se construyen con
todo el material en acero inox.
Opcionalmente, estos soportes, pueden ir
provistos con cuadro elctrico de maniobra
para variar la velocidad del agitador,
mediante convertidor de frecuencia digital,
y los componentes necesarios exigidos por
la normativa CE.
SOPORTES PUENTE

They are made from painted steel quadrangular tubes with a device to attach the
support to the tank.
The counterweight moves inside. Outside
is the structure to support the rail and pillar,
forming a single block on which the
agitator bed slides over linear bearings.
These bearings ensure easy moving and
handling, avoiding unnecessary effort in
moving the agitator vertically.
In the manual version, the agitator is moved
vertically using a counterweight. The
counterweight moves inside the pillar. In
the pneumatic version, the agitator is
moved vertically using a pneumatic piston.
When required by the work location, these
supports can also be made entirely out of
stainless steel.
Optionally, these supports can also be
provided with an electric control panel to
vary the agitator speed using a digital
frequency converter, as well as the necessary components required by EC regulations.

Wir bieten verschiedene Trgermodelle an,

je nachdem, ob es sich um einen festen
(Wand oder Boden) oder mobilen Einsatzort handelt.
Die senkrechte Bewegung der Rhrwerke
kann im Hand- oder Druckluftbetrieb
ausgefhrt werden, wobei beide Antriebsarten in Sicherheitsbereichen eingesetzt
werden knnen.
Sie sind mit Vierkantrohr aus lackiertem
Stahl gefertigt. Sie verfgen ber eine
Vorrichtung zur Befestigung des Behlters
an der Halterung.
Im Innern wird das Gegengewicht bewegt.
Auen wird das Gerst fr die Aufnahme
der Fhrung und der Sule montiert. Es
bildet einen Monoblock, an dem die
Auage des Rhrwerks ber Linearkugellager gleitet. Diese Lager erleichtern die
Bewegung und Bedienung, weil unntige
Beanspruchung bei der Vertikalbewegung
des Rhrwerks vermieden wird.
Bei der Ausfhrung mit Handbetrieb wird
die Vertikalbewegung des Rhrwerks ber
ein Gegengewicht bewirkt. Das Gegengewicht wird im Innern der Sule bewegt. Bei
der Ausfhrung mit Druckluftbetrieb wird
die Vertikalbewegung des Rhrwerks ber
einen pneumatischen Kolben bewirkt.
Wenn der Einsatzort es erfordert, werden
diese Halterungen komplett aus Edelstahl
gefertigt.

homogenizacin debido a su gran capacidad de cizallamiento y desplazamiento de
un importante caudal del producto a
dispersar/emulsionar, lo cual facilita una
rpida incorporacin (mezcla) de los
productos slidos con los lquidos, evitando
la formacin de grumos y obteniendo una
dispersin de partculas de 1 micra.

These heads make it possible to

disperse/emulsify products that are
difficult to homogenise, thanks to their
great shearing capacity and the production
of a large ow of the product to be
dispersed/emulsied, promoting the rapid
incorporation (mix) of solid and liquid
products, avoiding the formation of lumps
and dispersing particles of 1 micron.

Mit diesen Kpfen lassen sich dank der

groen Scherleistung und potenten
Verdrngung einer bedeutenden Menge
des zu dispergierenden/emulgierenden
Produkts auch bei schwer homogenisierbaren Produkten Dispersionen/Emulsionen
herstellen. So wird eine schnelle Durchdringung (Mischung) der festen und ssigen
Produkte ermglicht und die Bildung von
Klumpen vermieden. Das Ergebnis ist eine
Partikeldispersion von 1 Mikrometer.

Estos agitadores realizan perfectas

emulsiones (lquido-lquido) y dispersiones
(lquido-slido), evitando la formacin de

La conexin externa del agitador a la

vlvula de carga/descarga del depsito de
almacenamiento se realiza mediante brida,
conexin clamp, u otro tipo existente y nos
permite utilizar el mismo agitador para
varios depsitos.

The agitator is connected to the outside of

the storage tank's loading/unloading valve
via a ange, clamp or other kind of connection, so the same agitator can be used for
several tanks.

Se le pueden acoplar diferentes tipos de

cabezales tales como:
Dispersor dentado de una hilera de
dientes.
Dispersor dentado de doble hilera de
dientes.
Difusor con turbina radial.
La facilidad de intercambiar y limpiar estos
cabezales de forma cmoda permite
seleccionar el elemento ms idneo para
el proceso a realizar.
La calidad de los materiales en contacto
con el producto son AISI 304, AISI 316 o
bien otros aceros compatibles con los
productos que se tengan que agitar. La
calidad del acero a seleccionar estar en
funcin del producto a agitar.

chosen for the process to be carried out.
The quality of the materials in contact with

chosen will depend on the product requiring agitation.

Diese Rhrwerke erstellen einwandfreie Emulsionen (Flssigkeit-Flssigkeit)

und Dispersionen (Flssigkeit-Feststoff)
und verhindern die Bildung von Klumpen.
Aufgrund der guten Pumpleistung optimal
geeignet fr die Umwlzung des Produkts
im Tank. Ideal fr die Industriebereiche
Kosmetik, Lebensmittel und Chemie im
Allgemeinen.
Der Auenanschluss des Rhrwerks an das
Einlass-/Ablassventil des Speicherbehlters
erfolgt ber Flansch, Clampanschluss oder
andere vorhandene Anschlusstypen. So
kann das Rhrwerk fr unterschiedliche
Behlter verwendet werden.
Es lassen sich unterschiedliche Kopftypen
anschlieen, z.B.:
Gezahnter Dispergierkopf mit einer
Zahnreihe.
Gezahnter Dispergierkopf mit doppelter
Zahnreihe.
Verteilerkopf mit Radialturbine.
Diese verschiedenen Kpfe sind einfach
auszutauschen und zu reinigen; damit
kann fr jeden Prozess das am besten
geeignete Element ausgewhlt werden.
Die Qualitt des Materials, das mit dem
Produkt in Kontakt kommt, ist AISI 304,
AISI 316 bzw. andere Stahltypen, die mit
den zu rhrenden Produkten vertrglich
sind. Die jeweilige Stahlgte wird nach
dem zu rhrenden Produkt ausgewhlt.

Agitadores para ensayo y fabricacin

de pequeas cantidades de producto en
recipientes con capacidad mxima de 50
litros.
Este agitador va acoplado a una columna
con sistema de accionamiento neumtico
para el desplazamiento vertical del agitador
y un cuadro de maniobra con variador de
velocidad y display de lectura de las
distintas funciones (programacin, revoluciones por minuto, amperaje, etc.).
La potencia mxima del motor elctrico es
de 1,5 kW y en la versin de motor
neumtico de 2,06 kW., y una gama de
velocidades de 300 a 3.000 rpm.

Rhrwerke fr Versuche und die

Herstellung von kleinen Produktmengen in
Behltern mit einem maximalen Fassungsvermgen von 50 Litern.
Dieses Rhrwerk ist an eine Sule gekoppelt und wird mit Druckluft in senkrechter
Richtung angetrieben. Es verfgt ber eine
Schalttafel mit Geschwindigkeitsregler und
Display der unterschiedlichen Funktionen
(Programmierung, U/min, Ampre u.a.).
Die Hchstleistung des Elektromotors liegt
bei 1,5 kW, in der Ausfhrung mit Druckluftmotor liegt die Hchstleistung bei 2,06 kW.
Der Drehzahlbereich reicht von 300 bis
3.000 U/min.

aus den folgenden Elementen:

Depsito de dos o tres compartimientos,

segn volumen, intercomunicados por
rebose. Dos o tres agitadores, con reductor
de velocidad, provistos de una o dos
hlices segn compartimientos.
Armario elctrico preparado para el
funcionamiento automtico, provisto con
los elementos de seguridad necesarios y
de un variador de frecuencia que mediante
un software permite la dosicacin proporcional del polielectrolito dependiendo del
caudal de entrada de agua. Una pantalla
tctil (opcional) nos facilita la seleccin de la
concentracin de polielectrolito a dosicar,
conocer el caudal de agua que tenemos en
todo momento y nos indica cualquier error
que se detectara en el equipo. Este sistema
de control de dosicacin representa un
importante ahorro de slidos y tiempo de
fabricacin.

depending on the compartments.
Switchgear cabinet designed to operate
automatically, provided with the necessary
safety elements and a frequency regulator
that uses software for polyelectrolyte metering in proportion to the input water ow. A
touchscreen (optional) makes it easier to
select the polyelectrolyte concentration for
metering, check the water ow at any time
and indicate any errors detected in the
equipment. This metering control system
offers signicant savings in terms of both
solids and also in production time.

Behlter mit zwei oder drei Unterteilungen je nach Fassungsvermgen, die durch
berlaueitungen miteinander verbunden
sind. Zwei bzw. drei Rhrwerke mit Untersetzungsgetriebe, die je nach Anzahl der
Unterteilungen mit einer oder zwei
Spiralen versehen sind.
Schaltschrank fr den Automatikbetrieb,
versehen mit den notwendigen Sicherheitselementen und einem Frequenzwandler,
der software-gesteuert die Proportionaldosierung des Polyelektrolyts entsprechend der einlaufenden Wassermenge
erlaubt. Ein (optionaler) TouchscreenBildschirm erleichtert die Auswahl der zu
dosierenden Polyelektrolyt-Konzentration,
zeigt uns stndig die vorhandene Wassermenge und jeden Fehler an, der am Gert
festgestellt wird. Dieses Dosierungssteuerung bedeutet eine erhebliche Einsparung an Feststoffen und Fertigungszeit.
