CASO CLINICO
Abstract
The objective of this study is to describe and analyze the disorders of the psychic activity staff in a rare pathology as is the case of a patient with agenesis of the corpus callosum); and
explain the commitment of its functional activity using the theoretical model informational (Ortiz, 1994,1995,1997 , 1997b, 1998, 1999.2002 ). The patient was evaluated in
ambulatory consultation of the Department of Neurosurgery and Neuropsychology at HNERM .
The procedure was: multisystemic Assessment integral in five sessions with the Neuropsychological battery Revised POC-2005 (Sarria, Llaja & Garcia, 2012) and other ancillary
tests such as MRI, EEG. ,CT among others. Method: A descriptive study, clinical neuropsychological,technological and retrospective because it describes the clinical characteristics
of the patient, and gives findings confirmatory structural agenesis. Data were collected during the period January 2013
Results: Medical examinations (NMR)show cast Poroncefalico persistence of cyst in the left hemisphere of 11x 5.6 cms next to the parietal and occipital lobes left. Moreover, there is
absence of the corpus callosum. This finding is associated with other disorders of the neuronal migration as the presence of tissue of gray substance ectopic periventricular location
as well as in the white matter and subcortical location corresponds with Heterotopic subependymal in band and subcortical level respectively especially to frontal and parietal left.
The cortex of the frontal lobe shows thickening with loss of cortical dysplasia architecture assume that there .There is also increase of convolutions to parietal level right anterior and
posterior aspect of; taking. Abnormal EEG. Basic layout of 9-10 and 30-60 HZ Symmetric . Activity Type slow Delta orfrontoparietal Left.
In the neuropsychological main findings were: Moderate Anxiety (Test of Zung), predominant traits of Prefrontal type: orbitofrontal in your personality profile, according to the
Scanning of the Neuropsychological Personality (SNP), where it is striking the syndrome disejective- amothivational for both tasks of responsibility as academic labor,associated with
exacerbation of libydo and hyperphagia; Total CI 80, Lower Normal category in the analysis of the data, it was used the SPSS, version 20, for the calculation of frequencies and
percentages , and other parametric measures , which established the dominance of deficity in the components affective-emotional-related symptoms were and-intellect of the
personality.

RESULTADOS DE LA
EVALUACIN NEUROPSICOLOGICA
Paciente despierto, hipoactivo, con atencin dispersa y dificultad
para seleccionar y focalizar estmulos .Orientado en tiempo, espacio
y esquema corporal. Da datos de identidad con precisin, capacidad
comunicativa normal, muy incisivo en la narracin de cuadro
convulsivo. Viene por su voluntad a todas las sesiones de
evaluacin. Lateralidad : Izquierda.

CONCLUSIONES
Se trata de un paciente que presenta disfuncin leve en el
componente afectivo- emotivo de su temperamento. En sus
aptitudes cognitivas su Intelecto puede ser catalogado como Normal
Inferior , es predominante su dficit atencional y el sndrome orbito
frontal y a motivacional para el desempeo acadmico y laboral.
