Ser vivo que el hombre incorpora a su vida, por curiosidad, por gusto o por necesidad. Ser vivo que siente, sufre y goza. Es un compaero de aventuras, pero necesita un cuidado responsable por parte de su dueo. Tiene necesidades y derechos, entonces, tenemos la responsabilidad de mantenerlos saludables.

BASE LEGAL

Ley N 27596, Ley Que regula el Rgimen Jurdico de Canes a nivel Nacional.

Ordenanza Municipal N 223, Ordenanza Que Norma El Rgimen de Tenencia y Registro de Canes en el distrito de Puno.

QUE ES EL PROGRAMA TENENCIA RESPONSABLE DE MASCOTAS?

El conjunto de obligaciones que adquiere una persona o familia cuando decide adoptar una mascota para asegurar el bienestar de los animales, de las personas y del entorno.

OBJETIVOS

Controlar el incremento de canes en la va pblica de la ciudad de Puno. Desarrollar programas de capacitacin y educacin sanitaria en instituciones educativas ecoeficientes. Sensibilizar a los propietarios sobre la importancia del Programa TRAC. Implementar el registro Municipal de canes.

ESTRATEGIAS DE LA TENENCIA RESPONSABLE DE ANIMALES DE COMPAIA

Campaas de Dosificacin de mascotas. Esterilizaciones de mascotas quirrgicamente. Implementacin de capacitaciones y charlas en las Instituciones educativas, mercados de abasto y poblacin en general. Implementacin del Manual bsico de Tenencia Responsable de mascotas. Implementacin y construccin del Canil Municipal.

CAMPAAS DE DOSIFICACIN DE MASCOTAS PROPSITO: ACCIONES: Implementacin del Campaas de dosificacin registro municipal de de mascotas en los Barrios canes. de la ciudad de Puno; (Dentro del Programa La Control de la Incidencia y Munien tu Barrio). prevalencia de enfermedades zoonticas en la ciudad de Puno.

ESTERILIZACIONES DE MASCOTAS MEDIANTE CIRUGA.

ACCIONES:

Convenios con las clnicas Veterinaria.

Control de la sobrepoblacin canina en las vas publicas de la ciudad de Puno.

Futura implementacin Sensibilizacin a los de una clnica propietarios respecto a Veterinaria Municipal. la salud reproductiva de sus mascotas.
