de esta.

Validamos nuestras emociones y
pensamientos cuando entendemos que estos
tienen sentido, que exiten por una razón y que
está bien sentirlos, aun cuando estos sean
desagradables.

expresar y comprender nuestras emociones y las
de los demás.

Sin esta, no tendriamos la capacidad de construir y

mejorar la autoestima; la capacidad de auto-
validarnos y desarrollar las estrategias de

probabilidad de desarrollar conductas
disfuncionales y/o trastornos mentales.
