¿Cómo leer una columna de opinión?
Ahora bien, una columna de opinión busca persuadir o convencer sobre
un tema en específico. Este se divide de la siguiente manera:
● Introducción: Presentación del tema, contextualización y tesis.
● Desarrollo: Argumentos que respaldan la postura.
● Cierre: Se sintetizan las ideas anteriormente expuestas y se llega a
una conclusión.

4. Cierre: Es importante entregar una buena conclusión, que cierre la idea que se
ha planteado en el texto, a fin que el lector quede satisfecho con lo expuesto, o
cuestionando la situación presentada.
5. Es importante que la Columna de Opinión lleve el nombre del autor ya que así
se valida la autoría de la columna.

¿Cómo se redacta (escribe) una Columna de Opinión?
1. La redacción debe ser ágil y clara, de manera que logre captar el interés del
público.
2. La columna de opinión se redacta en primera persona (Yo – Nosotros), dado
que el autor debe hacerse cargo de cada una de las apreciaciones que se vierten, y
se le permiten frases como: “yo creo”, “mis ideas”, “he estado pensando”, etc.
3. Desde el punto de vista del lenguaje, el columnista tiene un mayor margen para
expresarse, usando palabras de tipo coloquial, pero siempre en un tono de
respeto.
4. Se debe escoger un tema relevante para el receptor.
