Los niños viven en una montaña rusa emocional.
Pasan en cuestión de segundos de la felicidad a la tristeza, de la calma a la
ira y del amor al odio.
Para esto es importante enseñarle a los niños a través de la literatura
infantil a identificar y gestionar sus emociones.

Libros que fomentan la inteligencia emocional


La inteligencia emocional es una habilidad y, por tanto, puede
aprenderse. Con ella ganamos habilidades sociales como confianza en
nuestras capacidades, empatizar con los otros, superar obstáculos y
decidir con responsabilidad, entre otras.
Por eso, si queremos un niño que se desenvuelva correctamente en su
vida cotidiana y que sea feliz, es importante que conozcan, comprendan y
controlen sus emociones. El primer paso para lograrlo es ayudarlos a
identificar qué les pasa y ponerle nombre al sentimiento.
Objetivos
• Identificar las emociones y sentimientos personales, así
como reconocer las ajenas.
• Experimentar placer y satisfacción al demostrar emociones
y sentimientos propios.
• Avanzar en el conocimiento del lenguaje, adquiriendo
vocabulario emocional.
• Desarrollar la confianza en sí mismo y en sus propias
capacidades.
• Fomentar la actitud empática como base de la solidaridad.
