INTRODUCCION:
El tema del aprendizaje como un medio para alcanzar un proceso de estudio realmente es
reciente, antes de los años 70 los investigadores educativos demostraron escaso interés en

estudiar el papel de los estudiantes para autorregular sus propias experiencias educativas, a
pesar de que la historia ha demostrado que los genios y hombres de ciencia siempre tuvieron
procesos autorreguladores, autodidactas y autónomos, mediante estables programas de
estudio, lecturas, descubrimientos propios, búsqueda de información de calidad,
establecimiento de metas diarias, registros de logros personales, autoevaluación constante, así
como la aplicación de los valores de perseverancia, honestidad, trabajo, orden, disciplina,
logrando modificar la historia de la humanidad con sus descubrimientos relacionados con
estos procesos
