Does the load have certified lifting points (holding eye bolts / ring bolts, etc.)
adjusted? Or on the contrary, can the slings be easily and safely placed around (e.g.:

Is the load free to be lifted (e.g.: anchor bolts, lashing, flanges, released pins,

If the answer to all the questions above is “YES”, complete the lifting operation record, the lifting
checklist (if applicable) and proceed with the lifting operation. / Si la respuesta a todas las preguntas
es “SÍ”, completa el registro de operación de izado, el checklist de izado (si aplica) y procede con la
operación de izado. / Als het antwoord op alle vragen “JA” is werk je de checklijst verder af en kan de
hijs beginnen.

If the answer to any of the questions above is “NO”, STOP and notify your supervisor /
superintendent / Si la pregunta a alguna pregunta de arriba es “NO”, PARA y notifícalo a tu supervisor /
