Foto actual, tamaño carnet.
Graduados: acta de grado.
Estudiante de la Región Sierra del 3er año de bachillerato: certificado de estudios y calificación hasta el 2do año de
bachillerato.
Planilla de servicio básico.

OPCIONALES
Certificado de abanderado.
Diploma BI o certificado de materias.
Certificado seleccionado deportivo nacional o provincial.
Carnet del CONADIS.
Certificado de padre o madre con bono solidario.
