2. Objeto de la consignación. El Consignatario deberá hacer uso del Bien Consignado solo para

Government Qualification Testing [Pruebas realizada por el gobierno para seguir el proceso de

diseño y mano de obra] o para Performance Verification Testing [Pruebas para controlar el

desempeño], ver el orden específico para solicitud de propuestas. Ambas partes acuerdan que el

Bien Consignado no deberá ser utilizado para ningún otro propósito, ni deberá ser modificado o

alterado sin previo consentimiento por escrito por parte del Consignador. La adquisición del Bien no

se deberá interpretar como un indicio de preferencia por parte del Gobierno hacia el equipo o las

capacidades pertenecientes a cualquiera de las empresas, ni como una limitación a la prudencia o

libertad de elección del Gobierno en la elección futura de contratistas para cualquier adquisición

futura posible.

ELEVENTH. For all the emerging effects hereof, the irrevocable enforcement of the

Argentinian Law is hereby stated to any discrepancy that may arise, and both parties shall

waive federal jurisdiction. The debtor establishes domicile hereabove for any legal act

hereof, including judicial and extrajudicial notices, and said domicile shall be modified only

by establishing the new domicile in the records of this agreement. The parties shall submit

to the jurisdiction of the Tribunales Ordinarios de la Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires

[Lower Courts of the City of Buenos Aires], or to the jurisdiction of the corresponding

Courts within the district where the Pledged Asset is located or where the domicile herein

has been established, with sole option of
