Ruego a usted acuda a la reunión "JUNTA GENERAL ORDINARIA" que celebrará la Junta de Propietarios
el próximo martes, 14 de noviembre del 2023 a las 19:00 horas en primera convocatoria, y las 19:30 horas
en segunda , y que tendrá lugar en el zaguán, para conocer los asuntos y adoptar los acuerdos que
procedan, según el siguiente:

2.-INFORMACIÓN DEL ESTADO DE LAS OBRAS DE REHABILITACIÓN Y COTA 0. NECESIDAD DE INSTALACIÓN
DE UN FOSO REDUCIDO EN EL ASCENSOR Y COSTE DEL MISMO. ACUERDOS A TOMAR.
3.-PROBLEMÁTICA CON LA DERIVACIÓN DE BAJANTE GENERAL A LA ALTURA DEL PRIMER PISO EN PTA.1
QUE PERJUDICA A LA PUERTA 3. ACUERDOS A TOMAR.
4.-PRESUPUESTOS DE INSTALACIÓN DE EXTINTORES EN EL EDIFICIO. ACUERDOS A TOMAR.
5.-RENOVACIÓN DE CARGOS.
6.-RUEGOS Y PREGUNTAS.

Se encarece su asistencia personal, y de no poder hacerlo, puede otorgar su representación a favor

de la persona que considere oportuna, suscribiendo la autorización que a tal fin figura al pie de esta
convocatoria.

NOTA: Conforme a lo dispuesto en el art. 16-2º de la Ley 8 de 6-4-99 de reforma de la ley 49 de 21-7-60
sobre Propiedad Horizontal, se relacionan los Propietarios que tienen recibos pendientes de pago y se les
advierte que el art. 15-2º dispone que no tendrán derecho de voto, si al iniciarse la Junta no se encuentran
al corriente en el pago de todas las deudas y no hubiesen impugnado judicialmente las mismas o procedido
a la consignación judicial o notarial de la suma adeudada.
