Definición del Futuro Continuo en Inglés:

El futuro continuo es un tiempo verbal en inglés que se utiliza para expresar una acción que
estará ocurriendo en un momento específico en el futuro y estará en progreso en ese
momento. Se forma utilizando el verbo "to be" en futuro (will be) seguido del verbo principal
en su forma de gerundio (-ing).

Las formas básicas son usando el “will” y el “going+to”.

Usa el “will” (sujeto + will + verbo principal): para hablar de un futuro no planificado o
predicciones.

Predicciones: She’ll probably visit us tomorrow.

Decisiones espontáneas / Futuro no planificado: I’ll eat an ice-cream.

Usa el “going to” (sujeto + “to be” conjugado + going to + verbo principal): para el futuro
planificado:

¿Cometes el error de usar el “will” para el futuro planificado? No te preocupes, te van a

entender, pero intenta fijarte y usar bien los tiempos verbales en futuro.

Estructura del Futuro Continuo:

Claro, el verbo futuro continuo en inglés se utiliza para expresar acciones que ocurrirán en el
futuro y estarán en progreso en un momento específico. Está formado por el futuro del verbo
"to be" (will be) y el gerundio del verbo principal (verbo + ing).

Estructura:

text{Sujeto} + text{will be} + text{verbo principal en gerundio (verbo + ing)}

Ejemplo:

"I will be studying for my exams all night."

- Sujeto: I (yo)
- Verbo futuro: will be (será/estaré siendo)
- Verbo principal en gerundio: studying (estudiando). En este ejemplo, la acción de estudiar
estará en progreso en el futuro. Recuerda que el verbo futuro continuo se forma de manera
similar para todas las personas gramaticales (I, you, he/she/it, we, you, they). Solo cambia el
verbo "to be" para concordar con el sujeto.
-Afirmativa: Sujeto + will be + verbo en gerundio (-ing)
- Ejemplo: I will be studying (Estaré estudiando).

- Negativa: Sujeto + will not (won't) + be + verbo en gerundio (-ing)

- Ejemplo: They won't be working (No estarán trabajando).

- Interrogativa: Will + sujeto + be + verbo en gerundio (-ing)?

- Ejemplo: Will she be dancing? (¿Está bailando ella?).

Ejemplos del Futuro Continuo en Inglés:

1. I will be reading a book. (Estaré leyendo un libro).

2. She will be cooking dinner at 7 PM. (Estará cocinando la cena a las 7 p. m.).

3. They won't be watching TV tonight. (Ellos no estarán viendo televisión esta noche).

4. Will you be studying tomorrow? (¿Estarás estudiando mañana?).

5. We will be traveling to Paris next month. (Estaremos viajando a París el próximo mes).
