Te ayudarán a enfrentar tu reto.

Personas que promueve la diversidad.

As a big fan of Peruvian gastronomy, I consider that
the richness of its lands and its cultural diversity make
Peru a country of exquisite and varied gastronomy.
Each city has a typical dish with a unique flavor.
Thanks to this many compatriots managed to raise our
flag to the top of the top, among these "heroes of
gastronomy" we can find the unique and talented
Gastón Acurio who is admired and known by the
majority of Peruvians thanks to his numerous achievements that he they have
come to represent a leader in Peruvian gastronomy. Acurio was born in 1967
in Lima, Peru. Son of former senator and former minister from Cusco Gastón

Marianistas School, Lima. Over time, Acurio began to experiment with

Peruvian inputs and validate the local cuisine. Gastón Acurio is the Leader
who played the role of the "OTHER" that the "discriminated cholo" needed
to believe that he exists, that is, his "I" and become the emerging Peruvian.
Not only staying in being the “taxi dog” but also being a leader, having the
desire to be members of the “reference group” in the gastronomic field.
In 2014, together with Virgilio Martínez, he presented a Peruvian cuisine
restaurant in London. Director of a gastronomic empire present in twelve
countries, he is considered the highest exponent and official representative of
the thriving Peruvian cuisine.
