RESUMEN / ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
Resilience tries to explain why some people respond better to adversity than others, in
turn, there are emotional competencies (autonomy, self-efficacy, self-evaluation,
interaction capacity, among others), cognitive competencies (creativity, humor,
initiative and problem solving), and ethical, moral and spiritual competencies which are
required to be resilient. The present study aims to: "Develop the capacity of
organizational adaptation to the challenge of labor transformation demanded to
emerging economies of the global era, in CORPOELEC-Lara", for this we start from
the diagnosis of the need to implement an action plan focused on the achievement of
integral organizational resilience for the transformation of the labor process of the
human talent of the company. To design an action plan centered on management
strategies focused on interconnected pillars for the achievement of the company's
organizational transformation. Execute the plan designed for the strengthening of
reputational and operational resilience as organizational pillars and Interpret the
meaning given by the social actors of the organization to the results obtained with the
application of the plan elaborated. The same will be developed under the qualitative
paradigm, with the practical action research method, under the consideration made by
Creswell (2012), centered on the socio-critical approach. The recommendations will be
presented to those involved in the study, in order to trace the corrective measures and
thus achieve quality in the work performance of the personnel of the company
Coepoelec Lara.
