CHIJAUKAY CHICKEN
Ingredients
• 2 chicken breasts with skin
• 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 200 grams chuño
• 2 Chinese onions
• Vegetable oil
Instructions
1. To begin the preparation, clean the breasts without
removing the skin and cut into pieces.
2. Now, in a heat-resistant bowl, place the chicken with
salt and pepper and microwave for a couple of minutes.
3. Then add the chuño (Reserve a little) in a container and
pass the dams until they are completely covered.
4. in a pot add vegetable oil and put the dams one by one

Chijaukay chicken sauce
1. Place a pot over low heat, add the garlic, soy sauce,
oyster sauce, little water and sesame oil.
2. Let cook for a minute or two. Add a tablespoon of chuño
dissolved in a little water in a glass. Moves while being

the heat and add the chopped Chinese onions to finish.
