Maximización del ahorro en

agua y mano de obra
Gracias al efecto AZUD HELIX, el número de limpiezas se reduce
drásticamente, maximizando el ahorro en agua y mano de obra.
Esto se consigue debido a la hélice patentada ubicada en la
base del cartucho, pieza fruto de un cuidadoso estudio de diseño
y mecánica hidraúlica.
Sus aletas deflectoras consiguen en el agua que entra en el filtro
un movimiento helicoidal, que desplaza las partículas en
suspensión contra las paredes de la tapa, manteniéndolas
alejadas del elemento filtrante y logrando así minimizar la
frecuencia de limpiezas.

Due to the AZUD HELIX effect, the number of cleanings is
dramatically reduced, maximizing savings in water and labour.
This is achieved by a patent-pending helix situated on the base
of the cartridge, a result of studying and testing many hydraulic
principles.
Its angled blades creates a helical effect in the incoming water,
spinning particle in suspension away from the filtering element
and so minimizing cleanings frequency.

Embalaje/ Packaging Garantía
H 1. Sistema Azud S.A. se compromete a
reponer cualquier pieza defectuosa o a

reparar cualquier defecto que sea de su
exclusiva responsabilidad, siempre que
el comprador ponga en conocimiento de
Sistema Azud S.A. los defectos en un
plazo máximo de un año desde la fecha
de la entrega. Una vez transcurrido dicho
plazo, no se admitirán reclamaciones ni

causa. La garantía no cubrirá los gastos

No se admitirán anulaciones de pedidos
que ya estén fabricados o en curso de
fabricación, salvo que Sistema Azud, S.A.
consienta expresamente. En caso de que
fuera autorizada la anulación del pedido
una vez iniciado el proceso de fabricación
de los materiales, la parte compradora
habrá de compensar a Sistema Azud S.A.
por los gastos que se le hubieran
ocasionado, por una cuantía equivalente
al 10% del valor de los materiales.
Los pedidos pueden ser suministrados
CJ CK en entregas parciales sin que ello suponga
la anulación de los mismos.
La mercancía viaja por cuenta y riesgo
del comprador. Sistema Azud S.A. no es
responsable por daños o pérdidas
ocurridas durante el transporte de la
mercancía.
DEVOLUCIONES
Las reclamaciones se remitirán
necesariamente por escrito a la sede de
Sistema Azud S.A., con indicación de la
fecha y número de factura. No se
admitirán devoluciones ni reclamaciones
de material transcurridos cinco dias desde
su recepción, siendo en todo caso preciso

7. Se excluyen de esta garantía los daños
y defectos atribuibles a caso fortuito o
causa de fuerza mayor; y expresamente,
a los ocasionados por insectos o roedores,
obstrucciones de goteros, presión superior
a la recomendada; los originados por
tensiones eléctricas inadecuadas; por
operaciones realizadas en condiciones
distintas al rango marcado de
funcionamiento de los productos; por
calidades de aguas, por ambientes ácidos,
decantaciones, precipitaciones,
aglutinaciones de bacterias o algas; así
como las roturas provocadas por la no
instalación de un prefiltro en la instalación;
o las instalaciones no protegidas a golpe
de ariete, o a otros sucesos hidráulicos o
eléctricos.
8. La garantía no cubre aquellos defectos
atribuibles a alteraciones, modificaciones,
reparaciones o manipulaciones efectuadas
por personal ajeno a Sistema Azud, sin el
conocimiento de ésta, o sin haber seguido
sus instrucciones.
9. Sistema Azud S.A. podrá comprobar
en todo caso y previamente, los defectos
causados por el comprador por los medios
oportunos, sin que el comprador pueda
entorpecer la actuación de las personas
encargadas por Sistema Azud S.A. , para
verificar la comprobación.
10. Sistema Azud S.A. no será responsable
de ningún daño directo, indirecto, incidental
o consecuencial, incluyendo pero no
limitado a posibles pérdidas en cultivos
o plantaciones, durante periodos de
funcionamiento defectuoso. Sistema Azud
S.A. tampoco responderá por posibles
pérdidas o daños en la propiedad
resultantes de una inadecuada instalación.
11. Ninguna persona o entidad está
autorizada a introducir en la presente
garantía modificación alguna, verbal o
escrita. Sistema Azud S.A. no acepta más
términos de garantía que los aquí
expresados, no aceptándose compromisos
resultantes de otras garantías.
General terms of sale
el consentimiento y autorización previa
de Sistema Azud, S.A.. En caso de que
fuera autorizada la devolución de los
materiales, la parte compradora habrá
de compensar a SISTEMA AZUD por los
gastos que se le hubieran ocasionado,
con una cuantía equivalente al 10% del
valor de los materiales.
Toda devolución llevará un Número de
Registro de Devolución, previamente
asignado por Sistema Azud S.A..
El cliente remitirá el material a los
almacenes de Sistema Azud S.A.
perfectamente embalado y a portes
pagados..
No se admitirán devoluciones de
productos especiales que se ajustan a
características específicas solicitadas por
nuestros clientes.
Los abonos correspondientes a estas
devoluciones serán anotados en cuenta
y deducidos en próximas facturas.
RESERVA DE DOMINIO
Cuando el pago del precio hubiera de
efectuarse a plazos, Sistema Azud S.A.
se reserva la propiedad de la mercancía
entregada hasta tanto el comprador
efectúe el pago total de su precio. Sólo
entonces se entenderá transferida la
propiedad de la mercancía a la
compradora, quien, no obstante lo anterior,
desde la fecha de entrega será
plenamente responsable de ésta.
CAMBIOS EN LOS PRODUCTOS
Sistema Azud S.A. se reserva el derecho
de modificar, total o parcialmente, las
características de sus artículos o contenido
de este documento sin previo aviso.
COMPETENCIAS
Para resolver las cuestiones que puedan
derivarse de la aplicación de estas
Normas, tanto Sistema Azud S.A. como
el comprador convienen someterse a los
Juzgados y Tribunales de Murcia,
renunciando a su propio fuero si fuese
otro.
1. Sistema Azud, S.A. agrees formally
either to replace any defective component
or to repair any defect that is exclusive
responsability of Sistema Azud, S.A., such
as defects on manufacture provided that
the buyer informs Sistema Azud, S.A.
about the defects in a maximum period
of one year from the delivery date. Once
that the period has expired, either refunds
or claims due to this reason will not be
accepted. The warranty will cover no cost
of displacement, neither of materials trips,
nor the expenses of assembly or
disassembling of products.
2. The express warranty provided herein
is effective only if claim is made by written
notice within the applicable warranty
period and postmarked within thirty days
after discovery of the defect on which
the claim is based.
3. This warranty will not cover any defects
that result either from a wrong installation
of the products and materials or a failure
to operate the products. And in general,
this warranty will not cover any other
kind of irregularity beyond the operation
of the product.
4.This warranty will not cover the damage
caused by operating the products in
places, installations, natural environments
or aims, without suitable conditions and
characteristics to obtain an optimal output.
5. Repairs made during the warranty
period will not prolong the duration of
the warranty.
6. This warranty will cover only the
products and materials which have been
manufactured by Sistema Azud S.A., and
have been directly bought from Sistema
Azud, S.A.This warranty is not a consumer
warranty and does not extend to anyone
other than those trade costumers who
purchase Sistema Azud S.A..
7. In particular, it is excluded from this
warranty damages and failures in the
OFFERS
Offers will be valid for 30 days from the
emission date. Public works, watercourse,
electricity system, and physical or
chemical treatment of water, are not
included.
PRICES
Prices are ExWorks and include
packaging.
Taxes are at the buyers charge.
Prices in this price list are subject to
variation without prior notice
ORDERS
To avoid errors, orders should be placed
in writing, according to the references
and descriptions of our Price List and
proposal. Quantities should adjust to
standard packing.
Cancellations of orders in the process of
being manufactured or already
manufactured are not allowed, unless
prior approval from Sistema Azud, S.A.
In case the cancelation of the order is
approved once the manufacturing
proccess has began, the buyer will have
to compensate Sistema Azud, S.A. for
the caused expenses, in an amount
equivalent to the 10% of the materials
value.
Orders may be supplied in several
deliveries.
The transport of the orders is at the charge
and risk of the buyer. Sistema Azud S.A.
is not liable for damage or loss occurring
during shipment.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All claims must be made by written notice
and indicating the number and date of
the invoice.
Returned merchandise and claims should
be made within 5 days from the delivery
date. No returns will be accepted without
prior approval. In case the return of
materials is accepted, the buyer will have
to compensate Sistema Azud, S.A. for
sold materials that result form fortuitous
facts and force majeure, such as those
caused by insects, rodents, obstructions
of the dripper or higher pressure than
recommended, or those caused by
inadequated electrical tensions, by
operations made in different conditions
to the specifical rank of the product
management, by qualities of water, by
acid environments, decantations,
precipitations, bacterias or algaes
agglutinations. It will be excluded either
the breaking caused by the lack of prefilter
in the installation, or not protected
installations against water hammer, or
other hydraulic or electrical incidents.
8. This warranty will not cover materials
which have been either repaired or
modified by an anauthorised person, or
have been used, installed or modified
without following the instructions given
by Sistema Azud, S.A.
9. Sistema Azud, S.A. will be allowed to
check the defects caused by the
purchaser by the means that may be
considered appropriate, in any case and
previously. The purchaser is not allowed
to obstruct the proceedings of the people
authorised by Sistema Azud, S.A. for
verifying the facts.
10. Sistema Azud is not liable for direct,
indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages, including but not limited to
vegetation or crop loss during periods of
malfunction or resulting no-use.
Neither Sistema Azud S.A. is liable for
any loss of damage and property damage
resulting from installer´s negligence.
11. No person or organisation is
authorised to introduce any modification
in the present warranty. Except for the
obligations specifically set forth in this
warranty statement, in no event shall
Sistema Azud, S.A. be liable for other
incidental damages.

Returned goods will be perfectly packed
and freight prepaid.
All returned merchandise must have a
Return Merchandise Request assigned
by Sistema Azud S.A..
Returns of special orders made with

RETENTION OF TITLE
Sistema Azud S.A. reserves the ownership
of the products until full payment of the
invoice.
From then, the ownership of the products
will be transferred to the customer, who,
without prejudice to the previous, will be
totally liable for any damages caused
after the delivery date
PRODUCT DESIGN CHANGES
Sistema Azud S.A. reserves the right to
redesign, alter or modify its products
without prior notice
AUTHORITY
In order to solve the conflicts that may
arise from the application of the above
terms, Sistema Azud, S.A. and the buyer
accept the verdict of the Judges and
Courts or Murcia.
