Dialogo 1
El 16 de febrero se llevó a cabo la “Ceremonia de inauguración de “La Semana
Normalista”
En esta ceremonia asistir debido ya que debía participar con la maestra Martha Heredia en
el canto de “México” dicha actividad sucedió dentro del horario de la actividad que iba de
las 10:00 a las 10:30 am, dentro de esta ceremonia asistió a secretaria de educación pública
la cual ofreció unas palabras, también se presentó el taller de música los cuales tocaron
algunas canciones infantiles que resultaron muy buenas.
Después a partir de las 10:30 am se presentó Francisco Javier Teutli Guillen en con el tema
de “La diversidad en el aula”, en dicha charla comento casos en los jardines de niños sobre
los niños que han sido discriminados y las acciones que se deben de llevar a cabo para
evitar esto.
Pienso que esta charla fue muy buena ya que por medio de esto los alumnos pueden
disfrutar de un ambiente más equitativo y menos selectivo, pues muchas veces como lo
menciono no son los alumnos quienes realizan esta actividad por ellos mismo algunas veces
vienen de casa donde les enseñan a discriminar ciertas personas solo por perjuicios que
tienen.
Al finalizar se realizó una sesión de preguntas y respuestas para interactuar con Francisco el
cual se mostró muy feliz de responder dichas preguntas.
Para el día 21 de febrero se presentaron exposiciones de diferentes temas englobados en
preguntas como ¿Qué investiga la normal?, “Mi acompañamiento al proceso formativo de
estudiantes de 6° a 8° semestre en la ENMJN”,
El día 23 de febrero de 2023 se llevó a cabo a las 10:00 am el 75° aniversario, fue dirigida
por la maestra de ceremonias Jaqueline Figueroa Saldívar en el Auditorio Emma Holguín
Hermida, se realizo una presentación de fotos sobre algunas de las actividades llevadas
acabo a lo largo del tiempo en la ENMJN, al finalizar dicho evento se cerro con un
mariachi cabe mencionar que había pequeñas pausas durante dicha Ceremonia.
El día 28 de febrero del 2023 (falta la hora) la Doctora Araceli Benitez hizo una
conferencia sobre la “Importancia del APA y la publicación de investigaciones”.

El 16 de febrero a las 10:00 am se llevó a cabo la ceremonia de inauguración de “La
Semana Normalista”, yo participe candando con mi grupo 301 también con algunas
alumnas del 304 y con la guía de la maestra Martha Heredia, la canción de “En México”,
dicha actividad tenía por objetivo tener presente a México y lo que esto representa,
sintiendo la patria como parte de la identidad y recordando mediante la canción que nada es
tan malo.
También después de esto llego una banda de guerra la cual toco el himno nacional,
posteriormente se realizo como un desfile de vestuarios cada uno representaba un estado
diferente, esto se me hace muy importante ya que da cuenta de la gran diversidad que existe
en un mismo país regido por las mismas leyes, pero por diferentes culturas y sociedades.
Otra de las cosas que pasaron en la ceremonia fue la asistencia de la secretaria de
Educación Pública la cual dio algunas palabras para la institución y desenado mucha suerte,
respecto a eso siento que es muy bueno ya que ella es una de las figuras educativas más
importantes del país, pero me hubiese gustado que mejor fuera cuando hay clases o algún
problema económico de mantenimiento.

DIALOGO 2
El 21 de febrero del a las 10:00 am, se presento en el audiovisual dos algunas de las
exponencial entre ella dos me fueron muy relevantes la “línea de investigación” donde
hablaba de la importancia de las temáticas docentes concuerdan con la malla curricular pero
también con el que hacer docente. En esta exponencial también se hablado de los métodos
de investigación, en dicha investigación realizo investigación donde preguntaba que
tiempos de metodologías se utilizaban cual les parecía más correcta y porque, y dejo
demostrado que debe de tener un enfoque cualitativo.
La segunda ponencia fue “Mi acompañamiento al proceso formativo de estudiantes de 5° a
8°semestre en la ENMJN”, en dicha exponencia dio una reflexión sobre su propia práctica
y el enfoque que e debe dar como un enfoque cualitativo, pero desde una perspectiva
comprensiva e interpretativa por medio de la experiencia para lograr cambio y
transformación.
Pero el punto que mas me intereso fue, cuando reflexiono sobre el papel de profesionista y
alumno, donde a pesar de estar lo antes posible en el campo, las alumnas no logran darse
cuenta del grado de responsabilidad que tienen hasta 8° cuando ya todo depende de
nosotras como docentes en formación es cuando de verdad nos ponemos la camiseta.
Con esta exponencial finalizaron las exposiciones, al entrar se firmo una hoja de asistencia
a las ponencias.
DIALOGO 3
Hola soy Marilú Velázquez y esta es la tercera parte de la Semana Normalista.
El 23 de febrero a las 10:00 am se dios inicio a la ceremonia del 75 aniversario en el
auditorio Emma Olguín Hermida, en la ceremonia participe con el grupo de lengua de señas
donde cantamos e interpretamos con lenguaje de señas el Himno de las educadoras.
Cabe mencionar que la inclusión siempre ha sido prioridad de la educación y en este caso
esta actividad tenía el fin de la inclusión ya que tenemos una compañera que es sorda y por
lo tanto decidimos que cantar o interpretar el himno de educadoras mostraría que cualquiera
que tenga ganas no importa cual sea su condición lo puede logar.
Por otro lado participe con el baile de la mariposa con el maestro Mauricio Martines
Cedillo que junto con otra optativa se hizo la coreografía donde íbamos vestidas de negro y
con alas de mariposa monarca con tela que nosotras mismas creamos.
El baile tuvo diferentes propósitos, la expresión artística, la oportunidad de conocer otro
tipo de diversidad en los géneros musicales y respecto a la interpretación da cuenta del
proceso que lleva la mariposa desde lo difícil o lento que resulta mover sus alas hasta que
logra controlarlas y después logra formas tan hermosas al volar como en este caso la
coreografía.
Creo que este tipo de actividades es muy importante pues no solo motiva y mantiene una
participación activa, también permite conocer otros lugares, costumbres, creencias, ritmos y
formas de ver la vida.

Hola soy Marilú Velázquez y aquí está la última y cuarta parte de mi experiencia en “La
Semana Normalista”.
El día 28 de febrero del 2023 a las 10:30 comenzó un panel llamado “Desarrollo de la
Investigación para l Escuela Nacional para Maestras de Jardines de niños”, en dicho panel
participo la maestra María Elena Pineda María de Rosio Martínez, Araceli Benítez y Judith
Jiménez.
Todo empezó con una pequeña presentación sobre sus logros y su trayectoria académica y
laboral, después realizaron rondas de preguntas para dichas preguntas se dieron 10 minutos
a cada docente.
Durante esta platica se mencionaron todas las problemáticas que ellas sufrían al ser jefas o
formar parte del área de investigación, también mencionan como fue su proceso de
educación, hacen mucha alusión al plan y programa con el que fueron formadas como
investigadores.
También mencionaron el impacto en el cambio de planes y programas, donde se expuso la
parte de anivelar tanto la teoría como la práctica dentro de las distintas generaciones.
Este tipo de temas nos habla sobre una posible parte de nuestro proceso ya que esto consta
en no detenerse, siempre seguir aprendiendo mas es por eso que el área de investigación es
relevante en el proceso profesional como educadora pues aun cuando no pertenezcas a un
área de investigación, la profesión lo requiere por sí mismo.
Ya que la educación va de la mano con cada generación existe una gran necesidad de
actualizarse y saber ante que tipo de generación te enfrentaras cada vez que tomas un nuevo
salón.

Hello, my name is Marilu Velázquez and I am today. We will talk about how was my
normal school week. In order not to make it so long, I will divide it into four parts, here I
leave you with the first part.
On February 16, at 10:00 a.m., the opening ceremony of "La Semana Normalista" was held,
I participated with my group 301, also with some students from 304 and with the guidance
of teacher Martha Heredia, the song "En México", the purpose of this activity was to keep
Mexico in mind and what it represents, feeling the homeland as part of the identity and
remembering through the song that nothing is so bad.
Also after this, a war band arrived which played the national anthem, later it was carried out
as a parade of costumes, each one representing a different state, this is very important to me
since it accounts for the great diversity that exists in the same country governed by the
same laws, but by different cultures and societies.
Another of the things that happened at the ceremony was the attendance of the Secretary of
Public Education who gave a few words for the institution and wished them good luck,
regarding that I feel that it is very good since she is one of the most important educational
figures of the country, but I would have liked it to be better when there are classes or some
financial maintenance problem.
Later, starting at 10:30 am, Francisco Javier Teutli Guillen appeared on the subject of
"Diversity in the classroom", in said talk he commented on cases in kindergartens about
children who have been discriminated against and the actions that must be carried out to
avoid this.
I think that this talk was very good since through this the students can enjoy a more
equitable and less selective environment, because many times, as I mentioned, it is not the
students who carry out this activity themselves, sometimes they come from a home where
they teach to discriminate certain people only because of prejudices they have.
In the end, a question and answer session was held to interact with Francisco, who was very
happy to answer these questions.

Hi, I'm Marilu Velázquez and here I leave the second part of the Normalista Week.
The activity took place on February 21 (TUENTI FERST) at 10:30 (HALF PAST TEN) am
in the Emma Olguin Hermida auditorium.
The second presentation was "My accompaniment (ACOMPANIMENT) to the formative
process of students from 5th to 8th semester at the ENMJN", in said exposition he gave a
reflection on his practice and the approach (APROCH) that should be given as a qualitative
approach, but from a perspective comprehensive and interpretive through experience to
achieve change and transformation.
But the point that interested me the most was when I reflected on the role of professional
and student, where despite (DISPAIT) being in the field as soon as possible, the students
fail to realize the degree of responsibility they have up to 8th grade when everything
depends on us as teachers in training is when we put on the shirt.
With this exponential (EXPONENSHIAL), the exhibitions ended, and upon
(OPON)entering an attendance (ATENDENS) sheet for the presentations was signed.

Hi, I'm Marilú Velázquez and this is the third part of the Normalista Week.
On February 23(tueniderd) at 10:00 a.m., the 75th anniversary ceremony began (beguen) in
the Emma Olguín Hermida auditorium. In the ceremony, I participated with the sign
language group where we sang and interpreted the Educators' Hymn with sign language.
It is worth mentioning that inclusion has always been a priority in education and in this case
this activity had the purpose of inclusion since we have a colleague who is deaf there fore
we decided that singing or interpreting the educators' hymn would show that anyone who
has You win, no matter what your condition, you can achieve it.
On the other hand, I participated in the butterfly dance with teache Mauricio Martinez
Cedillo who, together with another elective, choreographed (coreograft) where we were
dressed in black and with monarch butterfly wings with fabric that we created ourselves.
The dance had different purposes, artistic expression, the opportunity to learn about another
type of diversity in musical genres, and regarding the interpretation, it accounts for the
process that the butterfly takes from how difficult or slow it is to move its wings until
(ntail) it manages (menyes) to control them and then he achieves(achivs) such beautiful
forms when flying as in this case the choreography. (coreografi)
I believe that this type of activity is very important because it not only motivates and
maintains active participation, it also allows you to discover other places, customs, beliefs,
rhythms, and ways of seeing life.

Hi, I'm Marilú Velázquez, and here is the last and fourth part of my experience in “La
Semana Normalista”.
On February 28 (tuenti eigt), at 10:30 (half past) a.m., a panel called (colt )"Research
Development (develepment) for the National School for Kindergarten Teachers" began
(biguen), in which the teacher María Elena Pineda, María de Rosio Martínez, Araceli
Benítez, and Judith Jimenez.
It all started with a short presentation about their achievements(achivments) and their
academic and work trajectory , then they held rounds of questions for these questions, and
each teacher was given 10 minutes.
During this talk, all the problems that they suffered (sofert) when being(biing)heads or
being part of the research area (erea) were mentioned, they also mentioned how their
education process was, and they made a lot of allusion to the plan and program with which
they were trained as researchers.
They also mentioned the impact of the change of plans and programs, where the part of
leveling both theory and practice within the different generations was exposed.
This type of topic tells us about a possible part of our process, since this consists in not
stopping, and always continuing(cantiniuing) to learn more, which is why the research area
(erea) is relevant in the professional process as an educator (eiducarer), even when you do
not belong to an area of research, the profession requires (recuaiers) it for itself.
Since education goes hand in hand with each generation, there is a great need to update
yourself and know what type of generation you will face each time you take a new room.
