En este trabajo de investigación se muestran las actividades en el área de inglés

que fueron implementadas en las aplicaciones móviles , Duolingo, Políglota, Habla
inglés con 1100 palabras y fueron aplicadas a educandos del grado octavo de las
Instituciones Educativas Cristo Rey de Tutunendo – Chocó y la Escuela Normal
Superior La Hacienda de Barranquilla, la presente investigación busca implementar
aplicaciones móviles para fortalecer los procesos de la enseñanza-aprendizaje de
inglés permitiendo que tanto el docente como el estudiante trabajen de una manera
dinámica con el propósito de que el educando pueda mejorar su nivel de inglés,
además partiendo de que el objetivo general del proyecto es Implementar un
ambiente de aprendizaje soportado en aplicaciones móviles con el propósito de
fortalecer las competencias comunicativas en el idioma inglés de los estudiantes de
octavo grado de la IE Cristo Rey De Tutunendo y de la Escuela Normal Superior La
Hacienda.

La investigación de este proyecto es mixta, lo que permitió realizar muchas

actividades donde los educandos participaron activamente, en los resultados se
tuvo en cuenta dos entrevistas y dos encuestas. Para finalizar, la investigación dio
resultados satisfactorios pues hubo un crecimiento de la tecnología a través del uso
de las aplicaciones móviles.

In this research paper we show the activities in the area of English that were
implemented with the mobile applications Duolingo, Poliglota, Habla inglés con 1100
palabras and were applied to eighth grade students of the Educational Institution
Cristo Rey de Tutunendo in Chocó and the Escuela Normal Superior La Hacienda
in Barranquilla; this research seeks to implement mobile applications to strengthen
the processes of teaching-learning of English allowing both the teacher and the
student work in a dynamic way with the purpose that the learner can improve their
level of English, also starting from the fact that the general objective of the project is
to implement a learning environment supported in mobile applications with the
purpose of strengthening the communicative skills in the English language of the
eighth grade students of the IE Cristo Rey De Tutunendo and the Normal School
Superior La Hacienda. The research of this project is mixed, which allowed many
activities where learners actively participated, in the results two interviews and two
surveys were taken into account. Finally, the research gave satisfactory results as
there was a growth of technology through the use of mobile applications.
