La tesis titulada, “Gestión turística y calidad de vida en artesanas del programa Waska Waska

Warmi Wasi de la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, 2019” tuvo como objetivo determinar la
relación entre gestión turística y calidad de vida en artesanas del programa Waska Waska
Warmi Wasi de la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, 2019. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo
correlacional y de diseño no experimental que tuvo como muestra a 24 beneficiarios del
programa Waska Waska Warmi Wasi, las cuales fueron seleccionados a través de un muestreo
no probabilístico aleatorio simple. Para el recojo de información se utilizó el instrumento del
cuestionario, que fueron adaptados y validados mediante el juicio de expertos. Los resultados
mostraron que el nivel de gestión turística de la Municipalidad de Lamas fue determinado como
29% “bajo”, 29% “medio” y 42% “alto”. El nivel de la calidad de vida fue calificado como 33%
“bajo”, 38% “medio” y 29% “alto”. Por tanto, se concluyó que existe relación significativa entre
gestión turística de la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas y calidad de vida de las artesanas
beneficiarias del programa Waska Waska Warmi Wasi; encontrándose una sig. bilateral (0,017
< 0,05), obteniendo como resultado la correlación de Tau-b de Kendall (r = 0.563) representado
por una correlación positiva moderada entre las variables de estudio, el cual indica una
dependencia total entre las mismas.

ABSTRACT

This thesis is called “Tourism management and quality of life with handicrafts of
the WASKA WASKA WARMI WASI program, Provincial Municipality of Lamas 2019”.
It had as objective to determine the relation between Tourism management and
quality of life with handicrafts of the WASKA WASKA WARMI WASI program,
Provincial Municipality of Lamas 2019. This study was descriptive correlational type
and non-experimental design that it had a sample of 24 beneficiaries of the
program WASKA WASKA WARMI WASI which they were selected through a Simple
random non-probabilistic sampling. We used the instrument of the questionnaire
for the collection of information and they were adapted and validated through
expert judgment. The results indicated that the tourism management level of the
Municipality of Lamas was determined about 29 % low, 29 % average and 42%
high. It was rated with the level of quality of life as 33% low, 38% average and 29%
high. Thus, we concluded that there is a significant relationship between the
Tourism management of Provincial Municipality of Lamas and quality of life with
the beneficiary artisans of the WASKA WASKA WARMI WASI program; find it a
bilateral (0,017 < 0,05), we got as result the correlation of Tau-b de Kendall (r = 0.563) showed
for a moderate positive correlation between the study variables, which it indicates a total
dependence with them.
