INTRODUCCION

En la actualidad, muchas organizaciones sin importar al rubro que se dediquen buscan

adquirir nuevas tecnologías que les permita ser más eficientes y competitivos en el
mercado. Esta adquisición de nuevas tecnologías que les permite tener un sistema de
control, como ordenadores, autómatas programables (PLC), robots y tecnologías de la
información para llevar a cabo diferentes procesos productivos y maquinas en la industria,
se denomina, automatización industrial.

En el siguiente trabajo, analizaremos y diagnosticaremos a una organización dedicada a la

producción de arroz fortificado. Para ello, empezaremos por el marco teórico donde está
incluido los antecedentes. Así mismo, se encontrará información relevante como la
descripción de la organización, ya antes mencionada, identificación del problema, el
análisis de las causas la cual está representada mediante un árbol de problema,
planteamiento de objetivos, diagrama de análisis del proceso productivo del arroz
fortificado, descripción y detalle de los indicadores de producción antes de la
automatización. Finalmente contaremos con planos de la situación actual de la organización
y la descripción del diseño de la situación actual.

Siguiendo todos los puntos mencionados en el párrafo anterior, damos inicio a la primera
fase de este trabajo. Como se puede notar, en esta parte solo nos dedicaremos a conocer la
organización, los procesos necesarios para la elaboración del arroz fortificado y la
identificación del problema.
 ABSTRACT

Nowadays, many organizations, no matter what industry they are in, are looking to acquire
new technologies that allow them to be more efficient and competitive in the market. This
acquisition of new technologies that allow them to have a control system, such as
computers, programmable logic controllers (PLC), robots and information technologies to
carry out different production processes and machines in the industry, is called industrial
automation.

In the following work, we will analyze and diagnose an organization dedicated to the
production of fortified rice. To do so, we will start with the theoretical framework where
the background is included. Likewise, we will find relevant information such as the
description of the organization, already mentioned above, identification of the problem,
analysis of the causes which is represented by a problem tree, statement of objectives,
analysis diagram of the production process of fortified rice, description and detail of the
production indicators before automation. Finally, we will have plans of the current situation
of the organization and the description of the design of the current situation.

Following all the points mentioned in the previous paragraph, we begin the first phase of
this work. As it can be noticed, in this part we will only dedicate ourselves to know the
organization, the processes necessary for the production of fortified rice and the
identification of the problem.
