Hola buenas noches y bien venidos a este podcast, el tema de hoy es el aborto

legal en México.
Mi nombre es marco y En esta noche me acompañan mis compañeros Francisco y
mi compañera Lizbeth.
¿El aborto debería ser legal?
Marco: Yo en lo personal me considero neutro a esto del aborto. Debido a que se
tiene que ver las circunstancias por la cual la mujer esta decidiendo abortar y el
tiempo de la gestación que esta tenga tal cual como se hace en la ciudad de
México en donde el feto puede ser abortado de manera legal dentro de las doce
semanas tal cual lo marca en su artículo 144 del código penal para el distrito
federal.
Liz: Yo opino que el aborto debería ser legal porque se debería de resguardar la
integridad de todas las mujeres y además debería ser gratuita ya que se debe de
buscar las condiciones dignas para una mujer, además cuidar el derecho a la
salud tanto física y mental que si se encuentra contemplando dentro del Derecho
Mexicano en su artículo 4 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos
Mexicanos y de esa forma no poner en riesgo la vida de una mujer ya que muchas
de las mujeres se encuentran en un estado de vulnerabilidad, pero
independientemente de esa situación ¿Por qué traer al mundo a un ser que no es
deseado? Si va a vivir en condiciones denigrantes, donde sufra probablemente no
solo de carencias si no también salud en todos los sentidos, psicológicos,
emocionales, física, y demás en donde probablemente sufra de violencia en su
totalidad.

paco: Yo estoy en contra del aborto porque en este caso tendría que existir
una comparación de los derechos que se encuentran en discusión
En un primer lugar el derecho a la vida Y la libertad de decisión de la mujer
Al hacer esto es evidente que por su importancia se debe dar preferencia al
derecho a la vida.

Pero que no en el articulo 4 de la constitución también nos marca que el padre

tiene el derecho a decidir el esparcimiento de sus hijos y no solo la mujer tiene ese
derecho.
Hay caso en los que el aborto es necesario cuando pone en riesgo la vida de
la madre, por ejemplo, de manera general debe respetarse el derecho a la
vida porque el feto va a convertirse en una persona que a la que debe de
respetarse sus derechos humanos.
También se debe de considerar la vida de la mujer en todos los aspectos y al no
ser un servicio que se ofrezca pueda privarla de la vida, y poner en riesgo la vida,
además el decidir sobre nuestro cuerpo en nuestro derecho y hay que regularlas,
claras para el acceso, y que la mujer pueda tomar decisiones libres sobre sobre su
salud y su cuerpo.

Hello good evening and well come to this podcast, today's topic is legal abortion in
Mexico.
My name is Marco and tonight I am accompanied by my colleagues Francisco and

Should abortion be legal?

Frame: I personally consider myself neutral to this of abortion. Because you have
to look at the circumstances by which the woman is deciding to abort and the time
of pregnancy that she has as it is done in Mexico City where the fetus can be
legally aborted within twelve weeks as it is marked in section 144 of the criminal
code for the federal district.

Liz: I am of the opinion that abortion should be legal because it should protect the
integrity of all women and it should also be free of charge since it should seek
dignified conditions for a woman, in addition to taking care of the right to physical
and mental health which is contemplated in Mexican Law in Article 4 of the Political
Constitution of the United Mexican States and in this way not put a woman's life at
risk since many women are in a state of vulnerability, but regardless of this
situation, why bring into the world a being that is unwanted? If she is going to live
in degrading conditions, where she will probably suffer not only deprivation but also
health in all senses, psychological, emotional, physical, and others where she will
probably suffer violence in its entirety.

paco: I am against abortion because in this case there would have to be a

comparison of the rights that are under discussion.
In the first place, the right to life AND the woman's freedom of decision.
In doing so, it is evident that because of its importance, the right to life
should be given preference.
But what not in article 4 of the constitution also marks us that the father has the
right to decide the spread of their children and not only the woman has that right.
There are cases in which abortion is necessary when it puts the mother's life
at risk, for example, in general the right to life must be respected because the
fetus will become a person whose human rights must be respected.

The woman's life must also be considered in all aspects and since it is not a
service that can deprive her of her life and put her life at risk, it is our right to
decide about our body and we must regulate them, clear for access, so that
women can make free decisions about their health and their body.
