Instructions Conteo de Inventario de
To conduct a 100% count of all CRIDER cans
stored at the warehouses TLI, PACSAC, Soraya
and Gedual as the below table shows:

The personnel assigned for the inventory count
should be working in tandem with the
warehouse’s personnel as to quickly identify the
product and request, as necessary, equipment
to handle it and perform the count.
The inventory count personnel should identify
the “USDA” label (picture below) in each pallet,
write down the specific details as requested in
the “Peru Inventory Count Sheet” file (from
fields Product Brand to “Lote Date”), and open
the pallet with a cutter.
The “BT Pallet ID” field in the “Peru Inventory
Count Sheet” file is an internal serial control
designated by BTP/Pacific Control. This number
should match with the fields “BT Pallet
Identifying Information” (Chain of Custody
Silgan) and “BT Pallet ID Cans Pulled From”
(Peru Sample Case Contents Sheet).
In case the pallet is associated with a sample
from the “Crider Sample Spreadsheetv2” file,
write down the Sample ID in the “Peru Inventory
Count” sheet in the respective field. Personnel
should cross-reference this Excel file with what
they find/identify during the inventory count.
Once a pallet has been opened, pull one box,
open it and identify the level of decomposition of
the cans and type of lids observed on them
(details below or as described in the “Peru
Inventory Count Sheet”). This exercise will
involve manual handling of the cans and should
be repeated for all cases in each pallet and
include the details in the “Peru Inventory Count
Sheet” file.
The “Peru Inventory Count Sheet” document
should be filled per pallet and is expected that

El personal asignado para el conteo de
inventario deberá trabajar en conjunto con la
plantilla de los almacenes para así
rápidamente identificar el producto y requerir,
tanto como sea necesario, equipo para
maniobrarlo y llevar a cabo el conteo.
El personal de conteo de inventario deberá
identificar la etiqueta “USDA” (imagen abajo)
en cada pallet, anotar los detalles específicos
tal como se solicitan en el archivo “Peru
Inventory Count Sheet” (de los campos
“Marca de Producto” a “Fecha de Lote”), y
abrir el pallet con cúter.
El campo “BT Pallet ID” en el archivo “Peru
Inventory Count Sheet” en un control interno
serial designado por BTP/Pacific Control. Este
número deberá coincidir con los campos “BT
Pallet Información de Identificación” (Cadena
de Custodia Silgan) y “BT Pallet ID Obtención
de las Latas” (Peru Sample Case Contents
Sheet).
En caso de que el pallet esté asociado con
una muestra del archivo “Crider Sample
Spreadhseetv2”, anotar el Sample ID en la
hoja de “Peru Inventory Count” en el campo
correspondiente. El personal deberá hacer
referencias cruzadas de este archivo de Excel
con lo que ubiquen/identifiquen durante el
conteo de inventario.
Una vez que un pallet se haya abierto, tomar
una caja, abrirla e identificar el nivel de
descomposición de las latas y tipo de tapa
que se observen en ellas (detalles abajo o
como se describe en el “Peru Inventory Count
Sheet”). Este ejercicio implicará manejo
manual de las latas y deberá repetirse por
todas las cajas de cada pallet, e incluir los
detalles en el archivo “Peru Inventory Count.”
El documento “Peru Inventory Count Sheet”
deberá ser llenado por cada pallet, y se

for both the level of decomposition and type of
lid.
In case the box is completely damaged, the
personnel should take a picture of the box and
identify the quantity and conditions of the cans
and type of lid and make the corresponding
notes in the “Peru Inventory Count Sheet” file.
In these cases, personnel are advised not
manipulate the box or the cans.
DIGESA TAGGED PRODUCT:
Inventory counts for DIGESA tagged product
will be counted by case ONLY versus can by
can counts. DIGESA TAGGED PRODUCT
inventory count sheet to be completed
separately.

En caso de que la caja esté completamente
dañada, el personal deberá tomar una
fotografía de ésta e identificar la cantidad y
condiciones de las latas y el tipo de tapa, y
hacer las anotaciones correspondientes en el
archivo “Peru Inventory Count Sheet”. En
estos casos, se sugiere al personal que no se
manipule la caja o las latas.
PRODUCTO OBSERVADO POR DIGESA:
Conteos de inventario para el producto
observado por DIGESA ÚNICAMENTE será
contado por caja versus conteos de lata por
lata. La hoja de conteo del PRODUCTO
OBSERVADO POR DIGESA será llenado por
separado.

Type of Lid/Tipo de Tapa
