We would like to go to Easter Island to live with the local people for three months.

Easter
Island is one of the great mysteries of the world. It has many famous stone statues of heads,
but no one knows who made them or why.

Our plan is to talk to the islanders about their history and about their present and future. We
will ask them about their lives and what they think of the statues. We want to learn how the
the world’s most isolated people live: what they eat, what they do for entertainment and what
they think of the modern world of computers and other technology

We will record al lof the interviews on film. We will also keep a diary of our own experiences
on the island. Eventually, we hope to make a TV documentary and write a book about our time
on the island.

Nos gustaría ir a la Isla de Pascua a vivir con la gente local durante tres meses. La Isla de Pascua
es uno de los grandes misterios del mundo. Tiene muchas estatuas de cabezas de piedra
famosas, pero nadie sabe quién las hizo ni por qué.

Nuestro plan es hablar con los isleños sobre su historia y sobre su presente y futuro. Les
preguntaremos sobre sus vidas y qué piensan de las estatuas. Queremos aprender cómo viven
las personas más aisladas del mundo: qué comen, qué hacen para entretenerse y qué piensan
del mundo moderno de las computadoras y otras tecnologías.

Grabaremos todas las entrevistas en película. También llevaremos un diario de nuestras

propias experiencias en la isla. Con el tiempo, esperamos hacer un documental de televisión y
escribir un libro sobre nuestro tiempo en la isla.
Yo y mis cuatro amigos pensamos viajar, y nos gustaría ir a la cordillera de Ausangate donde
viven los Q'eros, el pueblo perdido de los incas; este está ubicado en el país de Perú
departamento de cusco, para llegar rápido al lugar se debe tomar el bus y para llegar al
paradero debemos ubicarnos en Qorikancha. Nosotros pensamos vivir con la gente local
durante dos meses. Los Q'eros son los últimos descendientes de la cultura inca, Cuando los
españoles conquistaron Tawantinsuyo los sobrevivientes indígenas escaparon de la capital de
los incas, Q’osqo, hacia los alrededores la cordillera llamada Ausangate en donde
permanecieron en forma de comunidades durante muchos siglos alejados de la civilización.

Nuestro plan es hablar con los indígenas acerca de su historia, costumbres, tradiciones y
cultura. Queremos saber cómo sobrevivieron durante muchos siglos aislados de la civilización,
que saben acerca de la conquista española a los incas, quien es su dios, como se entretienen,
que actividades ganaderas y agrícolas practican. Estamos muy interesados en saber también
sobre sus mitos, leyendas, y sus avances tecnológicos. Queremos averiguar también si ellos
saben quién y cómo se construyó Machupichu y Sacsayhuamán.

Durante el turismo que realizaremos grabaremos todas las entrevistas en películas. Queremos
llevar un guía turístico para poder aprender sobre las maravillas naturales y el idioma de los
indígenas. También llevaremos maletas, cámara digital, ropa a prueba de agua, botas para
caminar, sombrero para sol, mochila, mapa y algo de ropa. Regresando pensamos traernos
algún recuerdo. Posteriormente pensamos hacer un documental sobre este viaje y talvez
escribir un libro también.

I and my four friends plan to travel, we enjoy travelling and in this time to we would like to go
to the Ausangate mountain range where the Q'eros live, the lost town of the Incas; This is
located in the country of Peru, department of Cusco, to get to the same place we must be in
Cusco and from there take a bus and to get to its whereabouts we must locate ourselves in
Qorikancha thence go straight on for Qorikancha then go past the turning of Limacpampa after
that go along the main road and keep going until you reach the regional hospital of Cusco,
finally in front of you is the whereabouts. We plan to live with the local people for two months.
The Q'eros are the last descendants of the Inca culture. When the Spanish conquered
Tawantinsuyo, the indigenous survivors escaped from the capital of the Incas, Q'osqo, to the
surrounding mountains called Ausangate, where they remained in the form of communities for
many centuries away from civilization.

Our plan is to talk to the indigenous people about their history, customs, traditions and
culture. We want to know how they were surviving for many centuries isolated from
civilization, what they know about the Spanish conquest of the Incas, who is their god, what
they do entertainment, what livestock and agricultural activities they practice. We are very
interested in know also about their myths, legends, their technological advances, how they
were doing their houses, how their ancestors were fighting, what difficult decisions they took
and who helped them in bad times. We also want to find out if they know who and how
Machupichu and Sacsayhuamán were built.

During the sightseeing that we will do, we will record all the interviews on films. We want to
bring a tourist guide to that we may learn about the natural wonders and the language of the
indigenous people. We will also bring suitcases, digital camera, waterproof clothes, walking
boots, sun hat, backpack, map and some clothes. Returning we think to bring us some
souvenirs. Eventually, we hope to make a TV documentary about this trip and maybe write a
book.
