1. De la lectura del artículo "Smart Cities: Definitions, Dimensions, Performance,

and Initiatives" analizado en clases, se pudo desprender dos enfoques para
definir el concepto de ciudad inteligente. En la sección "Definitions of Smart
Cities", Los autores presentan un cuadro con las definiciones de diferentes
autores sobre ciudades inteligentes, se pide realizar un cuadro donde se
diferencia cuáles de esas definiciones están relacionadas con el enfoque
tecnológico y cuales con el enfoque humanista justificando en breves palabras
porque ha elegido en una de los enfoques.
