El libro de Lara Rallo ofrece una guía bastante útil y bien resumida de la historia de
los estudios sobre la “intertextualidad.” El corpus de obras que resume y analiza a lo
largo de sus capítulos ofrece una perspectiva abarcadora de la evolución y los
diferentes matices que este término literario ha venido ganando a lo largo del siglo
XX. Comienza con una revisión de los orígenes de este concepto crítico en las obras
de Bajtin, Kristeva, Barthes, Genette y luego rastrea las diferentes transformaciones
y asimilaciones que a partir de estos se desarrollan en otros trabajos académicos
tanto europeos como norteaméricanos.
Su comprensión de la materia es bastante rigurosa. Los comentarios y lecturas
críticas sirven de guía para comprender los diversos estudios sobre
intertextualidad.
