 USE CASE “RENTACAR”

“Rentacar Company deals with car rental. Its customers can be divided in two
categories: Direct clients, which are individuals who come to rent a car; or Travel
Agencies, that are responsible for hiring vehicles for their clients. In the case of direct
customers, the application of renting a car is done in a contract that contains the terms
of use and details of the rental. Then, it must be considered down payment left as
guarantee and the contract stays open until the vehicle is given back to the company,
when the final settlement will be established. In the case of the agencies, they pay
monthly to the company, for the full amount of vehicles hired during that period. In both
cases, to assign a vehicle it must be taken into account if it was reserved or available
and always return on time and it should be checked technically before being rented
again, this technical revision must be recorded.”

USE CASE "RENTACAR"

"Rentacar Company se ocupa de alquiler de autos. Sus clientes se pueden dividir en
dos categorías: clientes directos, que son personas que vienen a alquilar un automóvil;
o agencias de viajes, que son responsables de la contratación de vehículos para sus
clientes. En el caso de los clientes directos, la aplicación de alquilar un automóvil se
realiza en un contrato que contiene los términos de uso y los detalles del alquiler.
Luego, se debe considerar el pago inicial como garantía y el contrato permanece
abierto hasta que se devuelva el vehículo a la compañía, cuando se establezca la
liquidación final. En el caso de las agencias, pagan mensualmente a la empresa por la
cantidad total de vehículos contratados durante ese período. En ambos casos, para
asignar un vehículo debe tenerse en cuenta si fue reservado o está disponible y
siempre regresa a tiempo y debe verificarse técnicamente antes de ser alquilado de
nuevo, esta revisión técnica debe registrarse ".

Mi diagrama lo realice sencillo con los pasos más simples ya que no estoy segura si
está bien pues aún tengo dudas sobre el tema de diagrama de UML.

Como primera medida inicio sesión, seguidamente el cliente solicita el servicio, luego se
pasa a la consulta si hay carros disponibles, si lo hay entonces se pasa a la selección
del carro, luego paso a la consulta del alquiles, seguidamente hago la reserva, paso a
las condiciones que tiene el contrato, se hace el deposito inicial, al final se hace el
informe de revisión del carro en qué estado se entrega se pasa al servicio de pago y
finalmente se hace el recibo del carro cuando el cliente lo entrega.

My diagram makes it simple with the simplest steps since I'm not sure if it's okay, I still
have doubts about the UML diagram theme.

As a first step start session, then the customer requests the service, then go to the query
if there are cars available, if there is then go to the selection of the car, then step to the
query of the rent, then I make the reservation, step to the conditions that the contract
has, the initial deposit is made, at the end the car review report is made in which state it
is delivered, it is passed to the payment service and finally the car receipt is made when
the client delivers it.
