Se usan como tercera personal, igual que “she, he, it y los posesivos”, por lo tanto
usan “does” y las terminaciones “ –s y –es” en sus verbos.

Aquel pájaro canta en la mañana/aquel pájaro no canta en la mañana
Esto me gusta/esto no me gusta
 En este caso el demostrativo sólo acompaña al sujeto
DEMOSTR y no es el núcleo nominal.
