Tomar como referencia lo acontecido en el gobierno del ex presidente Pedro Castillo, y desarrolla cada uno de los ítems. Es decir, describe lo sucedido

Detección de señales Prevención Nacimiento

- Congreso iba a debatir el juicio político a
pedro Castillo.
- Todos sabían que el gobierno de Castillo
estaba por acabar.
- Vice-presidenta denuncia a castillo por golpe
de estado.
- Los congresistas descartan el intento de
Castillo por disolver el Congreso y votan por
abrumadora mayoría deponerlo del cargo por
“incapacidad moral”.
El 7 de diciembre, Pedro Castillo, de 53 años, en
un mensaje a la Nación emitida por televisión
disuelve el Congreso y dice que formará un
gobierno de emergencia, impondrá un toque de
queda nocturno y que gobernará por decreto.

Contención
- En ese entonces, la vicepresidenta de Perú,
Dina Boluarte, denunció a Castillo por intento
de “golpe de Estado”.
- Los congresistas descartan el intento de
Castillo por disolver el Congreso y votan por
abrumadora mayoría deponerlo del cargo por
“incapacidad moral” para ejercer el poder.

- Miles de manifestantes realizan protestas
sociales tomando las calles de Lima.
- Juez ordena detención preventiva por una
semana.
- Boluarte presenta un nuevo gabinete, que está
encabezado por el exfiscal Pedro Angulo. Este
gabinete, de perfil tecnocrático e independiente,
incluye ocho mujeres entre los 19 ministerios.
Madurez
- Las protestas se tornan sangrientas cuando dos
personas mueren y al menos cinco resultan heridas en
Andahuaylas cuando manifestantes intentaron tomar
el aeropuerto de la ciudad.
- La policía choca con los manifestantes que llaman a
un paro nacional, a nuevas elecciones y la liberación
de Castillo.
- Las protestas aumentan, en especial en localidades
andinas y del norte del país.
Lima es escenario de enfrentamientos entre
manifestantes radicales y policías, mientras gremios
agrarios e indígenas iniciaron un “paro indefinido”
exigiendo elecciones generales.
