EL ORIGEN DE LAS EMOCIONES

El ser humano experimenta, siente y manifiesta una

serie de sensaciones frente a las situaciones que se
le pueden presentar.

Estas reacciones dependen en gran medida de

cómo estos eventos lo afectan, ya sea negativa
o positivamente.

Son estas reacciones el origen de las

emociones.
 LAS EMOCIONES

Son innatas y permiten Son funcionales o disfuncionales, a

Estos resultados provocarían ciertos efectos tanto en
la persona iracunda como en su relación con los
demás.

Si bien la ira genera emociones y comportamientos protectores, no siempre es
manejada de manera adecuada ya que podría conllevar a la agresividad u
hostilidad.

¿POR QUÉ SE TOMA COMO UNA EMOCIÓN
NEGATIVA?

Crecemos con un concepto no tan claro sobre qué

emociones debemos o no sentir; por lo que, de manera
natural, solemos clasificarlas como positivas o
negativas y, en determinadas situaciones, las
reprimimos porque “no son adecuadas”.
En la mayoría de situaciones, la ira se muestra como
una emoción totalmente negativa tanto hacia la
persona y su cuerpo como para el entorno de esta.
