Durante el mes de febrero se empezaron trabajos con la

Se trabajo en el mantenimiento preventivo para estar
conforme a los estándares solicitados por la marca Wyndham
para la gestión hotelera.
Se puso en marcha el equipo de Osmosis después de su
reparación abasteciendo agua de primera calidad tanto al área
de restaurante como a las áreas en general del Residencial.

Marzo 2022

Durante Marzo se trabajo en el Residencial en la

reparación del interruptor de la central telefónica,
puesto que se perdieron configuraciones por la
variación del voltaje en febrero.
El Residencial solicito la mejora de la conexión con el
proveedor de wi-fi e internet, para que la señal llegara
a todas las Áreas comunes.
Como mejora para los departamentos se instalaron
vinilo en las ventanas para una mayor privacidad de
las habitaciones.
En este mes la planta de tratamiento de Aguas
residuales estuvo presentando algunos problemas de
funcionamiento, se dio seguimiento con el proveedor
para que diera solución.
Por parte de jardinería se empezó a preparar el área
para la colocación de plantas para empezar con la
siguiente fase en el paisajismo del Residencial.

March 2022

En abril se activo el Wi-Fi en la torre 4

Se culmino con la colocación de los vinilos en las ventas
de los departamentos.
En este mes se empezó con el programa de mantenimiento
preventivo cerrando el mes con un 30%.
Se culmino la nueva implementación de la plata de
tratamiento de aguas residuales colocando un filtro
adicional para mejorar la calidad del agua.
Se coloco la iluminación con leds en la alberca y se
instalo la iluminación en la barda perimetral
Se dio mantenimiento al motor del extractor de la cocina
debido a que por el voltaje tuvo un desperfecto.
Se cambio la bomba y dio mantenimiento al muro llorón.

Durante el mes de Mayo en el Residencial realizó las

siguientes acciones:
Se remplazó Válvula Check en bomba de Osmosis
inversa.
Se terminaron vinilos en torres 3, 5, 6, 7, y 8.
Se relleno de grava área de restaurante y alberca.
Se instalaron 24 antenas de wifi por medio de proveedor
en habitaciones que no tenían cobertura.
CFE nos niega el aumento de carga y se contrata a un
Licenciado especialista para que nos lleve la gestoría y los
tramites necesarios para realizarlo.

 During the month of May, the Residential carried out

 Replaced Check Valve in reverse osmosis pump.
 Vinyls were finished in towers 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8.

 24 Wi-Fi antennas were installed through a provider in
rooms that did’nt have coverage.
 CFE denies us the increase in load and a specialist
Graduate is hired to take us the agency and the
necessary procedures to carry it out.

Se continúan haciendo trabajos de Lanscaping en

las áreas comunes del Residencial.
Se cambió tornillería de hierro por acero
inoxidable en las torres 6,7,y8.
Se continua con los programas de mantenimiento
de preventivo en los pisos de la torre 5 y 6.
Se termina la instalación de cajas de seguridad y
colocación de Vinilos en la torre 4.
Lanscaping work continues in the common areas
of the Residential.
Iron screws were replaced by stainless steel in
towers 6,7, and 8.
Preventive maintenance programs continue on
the floors of tower 5 and 6.
The installation of safe deposit boxes and vinyl
placement in tower 4 is finished.

Se revisan aires acondicionados para evaluar sus funcionamiento.

Se realiza limpieza de jardinería de todo el hotel.
Se procede a retocar el muro llorón y las fuentes del lobby.
Se realiza limpieza de las albercas del hotel.

Agosto 2022
El programa de paisajismo actuó durante el mes dos veces por
semana para limpiar, eliminar malas hierbas y plantas muertas.
Los equipos de aire acondicionado tuvieron mantenimiento y los
compresores se revisaron de acuerdo con el cronograma de
agosto.
Durante agosto el hotel tuvo varios y continuos cortes de
energía debido a las lluvias, además, la demanda de nuevas
conexiones en la zona.
Por otra parte el hotel implementó un ahorro de energía y
protección de equipos en general para utilizar la energía
necesaria para mantener las habitaciones, con internet, agua,
electricidad y aire acondicionado con excelentes resultados en la
reducción del consumo de energía.
Se limpiaron perimetrales eliminando escombros debido a
construcciones aledañas.

The landscaping program worked twice a week during

The air conditioning equipment had maintenance and

power cuts due to the rains, in addition, the demand

On the other hand, the hotel implemented energy
saving and equipment protection in general to use the
energy necessary to maintain the rooms, with internet,
water, electricity and air conditioning with excellent
results in reducing energy consumption.
Perimeters were cleaned removing debris due to
surrounding constructions.

Durante el mes de Septiembre a noviembre la Operación Hotelera

tuvo cierre técnico lo cual permitió tener avances considerables en
las mejorías de áreas comunes del residencial.
Se dio mantenimiento a la alberca con tratamiento especial y
colocación de sellado, se pinto y se le realizo mantenimiento
preventivo.
Se realizaron los trabajos de jardinería en todas las áreas comunes y
se colocaron plantas en la Torre 1 y 2.
Se realizo limpieza profunda de todas las áreas comunes lavando
pasillos, área de alberca, limpieza en las torres y limpieza fina en
cada torre.

During the month of September to November, the Hotel Operation had

placed in Tower 1 and 2.

pool area, cleaning in the towers and fine cleaning in each tower.

Se coloco en el Sky Bar herrería para el mejor funcionamiento de la barra.
Se colocaron letras con la intención de crear un lugar instragrameable a favor de la Operación Hotelera.
Se realizaron trabajos en la recepción para habilitar la CAVA.
Se coloco Herrería en el Pool Bar para resguardo de los productos que se guardan ahí.
Se dio mantenimiento en el área de alberca.
