POSICIÓN LATERO LATERAL IZQUIERDO Y DERECHO DE
ABDOMEN (LL)
Se debe colocar el paciente decúbito lateral sobre la mesa del lado seleccionado, asegurándose que la columna se
sitúa paralela a la mesa, manteniendo la cabeza del paciente en extensión normal. Se debe ubicar el haz de rayos – X
a nivel del abdomen medio para la exploración de abdomen caudal

POSICIÓN VENTRO DORSAL DE ABDOMEN
(VD)
Colocar el paciente en decúbito dorsal, manteniendo la cabeza en posición natural, estirando las extremidades
anteriores en dirección craneal y las posteriores en dirección a caudal, se ubicara el haz de rayos X sobre el abdomen
y se procederá a tomar la imagen radiográfica.

POSICIÓN DORSO PLANTAR DEL TARSO
Se ubicará al paciente en posición decúbito supino, el miembro para el estudio radiográfico debe estar en ligera
abducción con la articulación tarsiana extendida de forma que las falanges y los metatarsos contacten con el chasis,
se centrará el haz del rayo a nivel de la articulación de la primera falange. (Salazar, 2017)
