de proactividad
La evolución del concepto de proactividad tiene sus inicios desde la época antigua y
prehistoria y cambiando con aportes de autores, los que se basaron en las forma de
relación económica, social, productiva y política. A esto lo entendemos hoy como la
ciencia administrativa.
La administración como fuente de desarrollo se viene dando desde las tribus y familias
de la prehistoria se asociaban para cazar, defenderse y defender sus territorios de otro
grupos y de manera empírica tenían sus leyes y normas y su propia forma de administrar
sus recursos compartidos.
Existieron civilizaciones que destacaron por su desarrollo avanzado como los sumerios,
egipcios, babilónicos, griegos y ebréos, los cuales contaron con legisladores bíblicos,
sacerdotes, ancianos, profetas o lideres populares, que establecieron formas de
convivencia mediante el recaudo de tributos entre otros.
