Oscar Pierre, ingeniero aeroespacial que rechazo el empleo
que le ofrecia Airbus para formar la empresa Glovo.

HISTORIA DE
LA EMPRESA ○ Nació de las inquietudes de un
emprendedor catalán, el cual decidió
dar el salto y seguir los pasos de
startups como Airbnb y Uber.
○ Oscar Pierre decidió apostar por
este mismo modelo de negocio, la ○ Y así la idea de Perre sí que
economía colaborativa, pero con convenció a los inversores, entre
un nuevo enfoque: economizar el los que se encontraba Sacha
tiempo Michaud, cofundador de Glovo
App, que decidieron invertir, en un
principio, más de 100.000 euros
en esta idea.
○ Y así, en marzo de 2015 nacía
oficialmente Glovo.

Empezaron con nueve empleados que

en la actualidad son más de 400. Los ingenieros fueron implementando
mejoras en la aplicación para ganar
flexibilidad y rapidez, porque la base
de Glovo es la economización

LA EMPRESA
En el 2016 Glovo recibió una
financiacion de 5 millores de euros
 que decidió invertir en seguir
potenciando la app en las ciudades
donde ya estaba implantada como
Barcelona, Madrid,Valencia, París y
Milán.

  Este mismo año, ha conseguido

inversiones de hasta 115 millones
de euros, que empleará en
consolidar su expansión
internacional y que elevaría la
valoración de la app hasta los 300
millones de euros

cosa que necesites, ya que
siempre hay un glover
dispuesto a traértelo en
cuestión de minutos. Ya

regalo. Glovo está para que
tú utilices tu tiempo en
algo más interesante que a

¿CÓMO FUNCIONA?
