La mejor respuesta para la pregunta “How are you?” es la alternativa (A), “I am fine, thank you.”
Por lo tanto debes seleccionar (A).

TIP 1:
Escucha cuidadosamente la primera palabra de la pregunta. Muchas de
las preguntas de la Parte II son preguntas de información (Wh).
Ellas preguntan quién, qué, cuándo, dónde, por qué, cómo, cuál o cuál. Debes
entender el tipo de información que se solicita y comprender el tipo de
información que se da. Asegúrate de que la respuesta responda a la pregunta que
se hizo: personas, cosas, tiempo, lugares, razones, maneras, razones, opciones, etc.
Para tener éxito debes conocer los QUESTION WORDS (Wh interrogativos) y
saber sus interpretaciones.
