Los patrones sobre sustratos aislantes utilizando EBL ha sido poco
explorado. La cuestión o dificultad en el patrón sobre sustratos
aislantes usando EBL se debe a la acumulación de carga en la superficie
del sustrato. La acumulación de carga causa de desviación del rayo que
produce patrones distorsionados.
