10, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in our main conference room. The purpose of this meeting is

to discuss in detail the First Semester 2019 Balance in comparison to the same

period in 2018.

Introduction:

The primary objective of the meeting is to provide a comprehensive overview of our

financial performance during the first semester of this year and compare it to

previous year. This will enable us to assess our progress, identify areas for

improvement, and make informed decisions for the upcoming semester.

Agenda:

Attached to this email, you will find the meeting agenda, outlining specific points to

be addressed. Some of the topics to be discussed include:

 Presentation of the First Semester 2019 Balance.

 Analysis of key variations in financial statements.

 Strategies to enhance financial performance in the second semester.

  Support tools such as slides, brochures, and charts that will be used to ef-
fectively present the information.

Development:

The meeting will be led by me and will feature active participation from our CEO,

Thomas Kein, our Marketing Director, Crhistopher Coin, and my

supervisor, David Toledo. I hope that all of you can join us for this important

financial review.

As part of our tradition, following the meeting, we will have a coffee break to share

and discuss any additional questions or comments. This will be an opportune

moment to foster collaboration and open communication among team members.
