c) Proceso Quirúrgico (Describir los pasos principales de la técnica médico-quirúrgica con el instrumental a usar).

* Compresses and gauze are counted.

* Pre-incision is made
* Hemostasis of tcs with electrobisutin
* The sternal stitches are removed with wire cutters and the sternal separator is placed.
* Suction is performed and we proceed to remove all the clots that were pressing on the heart.
* The pericardium is repaired for better visualization.
* The sutures performed are checked to verify the origin of the bleeding (vent, aortorrhaphy, jugular veins).
* The sternal stitches that caused the bleeding are verified.
* The cavity is washed with saline solution.
*The chest tube is placed in the previous incision with 2/0 polyester.
*The chest tube is placed and fixed with polyester.
* The compresses and gauze are counted.
* A clean compress is placed as protection to perform the sternal sutures with surgical wire 6 and the compress is removed.
* Suture tcs with Polyglactine 0
* Skin is sutured with monocryl 3/0
* Apply dermabond sealant on the wound, wait for it to dry and place the healing dressing.
* We make a trouser and stop the chest tube and place Tegaderm.
