 Colors (basic) Los adjetivos light, dark y bright se colocan delante del
sustantivo o nombre al que acompañan como cualquier otro
adjetivo.

Color + suffix-ISH
Cuando no estés seguro de como describir un color puedes
utilizar el sufijo -ish que se utiliza muy a menudo.

Por ejemplo> Greenish (= aproximando se al verde pero no

exactamente verde).

Months and Seasons

Light / Dark / Bright + color

Los colores tienen diferentes tonos o intensidades que en ingles
se pueden expresar de diferentes maneras
 Light (claro) es el contrario de Dark (oscuro).
 Pale (pálido) is the opposite of deep (profundo,
intenso)
 Bright: brillante, color fuerte fácil de ver.
 Examples:

The train arrives at midday. ( 12:00 )

The plane will take off at a quarter past six ( 06:15 )
The show started at 3 o’clock.
The boss called me at 8 a.m.
He works from 9 am to 6 pm.

‘before noon’ and ‘after noon’.

For the hours before noon

(00:01 – 12:00), we use a.m. (Ante meridiem)

For the hours after noon

(12:01 -24:00 ), we use p.m. (Post meridiem)
