PISTONES PARA ANILLOS ACTUADOS POR PRESION

Los Pistones Weatherford - Anbert para anillos actuados por presión, son
pistones metalizados, con una dureza mínima de 48 RC, que pueden ser
fabricados totalmente para anillos actuados por presión o combinando una
porción lisa en el medio y diez ranuras en cada extremo.

CARACTERÍSTICAS PRINCIPALES
Recomendados para ser utilizados en pozos que producen con alto corte
de agua, sólidos finos y/o carbonato.
Aumentan la eficiencia de la bomba pues permiten conseguir una luz
mínima entre barril y pistón.
Estos pistones utilizan anillos Discpak, los cuales son actuados por
presión.
Al armar el pistón con los anillos Discpak, estos deberán ser colocados con la
cara acanalada en la dirección del movimiento en el cual se quiere que actúe el
anillo, lo que permitirá al pistón "limpiar" el barril ya sea en la carrera
ascendente o en ambas ascendente y descendente.

Los anillos Discpak, son fabricados en dos tipos demateriales:

Zytel, recomendado para condiciones de alta temperatura, corrosión y
abrasión.
Polyketona, recomendado para condiciones mecánicas y de temperatura
severas.

PRESSURE ACTUATED RINGS PLUNGERS

The Weatherford - Anbert Pressure Actuated Rings Plungers are spray

metal coated plungers, with 48 HRC minimun, which can be manufactured
for only pressure actuated rings or combining a plain section in the middle
and with ten grooves on each end.

MAIN FEATURES
They are recommended to be used in producing wells with high water cut,
fine solids and/or carbonates.
They increase the pump efficiency because they allow to achieve a
minimum fit between the barrel and plunger,
These plungers use type Discpak rings, which are pressure actuated.
When assembling the plunger with the Discpak rings, these must be installed
with the channeled surface oriented towards the movement direction in which
the pressure actuated rings are required to act. This will allow the plunger to
clean the barrel in upstroke or both upstroke and downstroke.

The Discpak rings are manufactured in two materials.

Zytel, recommended for high temperature, abrasion and corrosion.

Polyketone, recommended for mechanical conditions and severe
temperature.
