PREPARACIÓN DEL MATERIAL DE RECUBRIMIENTO

Agite el material y ponga la cantidad requerida en el contenedor de

pintura. Si la capacidad de flujo es muy baja, agregue 5 - 10% de
solución diluyente y repita el proceso hasta que la capacidad de flujo
cumpla los requerimientos.

ARRANQUE

Antes de conectarlo a la línea de alimentación, asegúrese que el

voltaje de alimentación sea el correcto.

1.-Desatornille el contenedor de la pistola rociadora.

2.-Debe alinear el tubo de succión.
A) Cuando se trabaja con objetos colocados abajo del nivel de la
cabeza: incline el tubo de succión hacia adelante.
B) Al trabajar con objetos sobre la cabeza: Incline el tubo de
succión hacia atrás. A B

3.-Ponga el contenedor sobre una hoja de papel, vacíe el material o

pintura y atornille el contenedor firmemente a la pistola.
4.-Ponga la pistola en una superficie limpia y nivelada para evitar
que se derrame.
5.-Seleccione el patrón de rociado de acuerdo a la aplicación
deseada y el objeto a pintar:
A = Horizontal B = Punto C = Vertical

 La indicación del patrón de rociado puede encontrarse en la parte
frontal de la pistola. Con la punta de la flecha hacia la tapa de aire.
Gire la tapa de aire a la posición de ajuste deseado de rociado.
MATERIALES DE RECUBRIMIENTO ADECUADOS PARA USO

Pinturas a base de agua (vinílicas) o a base de aceite (solvente),

acabados, imprimadores, pinturas de 2 Componentes, acabados
automotrices, selladores y conservadores de madera.

MATERIALES NO ADECUADOS PARA USAR

Pinturas de látex (Emulsión), etc. Pinturas alcalinas y ácidas.

Materiales de recubrimiento con un punto de ignición abajo de 21°C.

AJUSTANDO EL VOLUMEN DEL MATERIAL

Ajuste el volumen del material girando el regulador ubicado atrás

del gatillo de la pistola rociadora.
- Gire hacia abajo ---> Para disminuir el volumen del material
+ Gire hacia arriba ---> Para aumentar el volumen del material

TÉCNICA DE ROCIADO

El resultado del rociado depende en gran parte de la suavidad y la

limpieza de la superficie a ser rociada. Por lo tanto, la superficie debe
ser cuidadosamente preparada y conservada libre de polvo.
• Cubra todas las superficies que no van a ser rociadas.
• Cubra las roscas de los tornillos y partes similares del objeto que
pretende rociar.
• Es aconsejable probar la pistola rociadora en una hoja de cartón
o una superficie similar para encontrar el ajuste correcto.
 IMPORTANTE: Empiece a rociar la superficie externa del objeto
y evite interrupciones en el área interna.

Asegúrese de sostener la pistola a una distancia aproximada de

10 – 30 cm del objeto a pintar, de lo contrario se obtendrá un acabado
desigual.

Mueva la pistola de manera uniforme en forma transversal o arriba a

abajo, dependiendo del ajuste del patrón de rociado.

Un movimiento uniforme de la pistola resulta en un acabado

uniforme en la superficie.

Cuando se acumule material en la boquilla (A) y en la tapa de aire

(B) limpie ambas partes con solvente o agua.

*Se recomienda utilizar la pistola en intervalos de media hora y

dejar descansar la pistola 20-25minutos entre cada uno para
evitar el sobrecalentamiento y alargar la vida del equipo.

PREPARATION OF THE COATING MATERIAL

Shake the material and put the required amount in the paint
container. If the flow capacity is too low, add 5 - 10% diluent solution
and repeat the process until the flow capacity meets the requirements.

START

Before connecting to the power line, make sure the power supply
voltage is correct.

1.-Unscrew the container of the spray gun.

2.-You must align the suction tube.
A) When working with objects placed below head level: tilt the
suction tube forward.
B) When working with overhead objects: Tilt the suction tube
backwards.

 3.-Put the container on a sheet of paper, empty the material or paint
and screw the container tightly to the gun.

4.- Put the gun on a clean, level surface to prevent it from spilling.

5.-Select the spray pattern according to the desired application and

the object to be painted:
A = Horizontal B = Point C = Vertical

The spray pattern indication can be found on the front of the gun.
With the arrowhead facing the air cap. Rotate the air cap to the desired
spray setting position.

COATING MATERIALS SUITABLE FOR USE

Water-based (vinyl) or oil-based (solvent) paints, finishes, primers,

2-Component paints, automotive finishes, sealers and wood
preservatives.

MATERIALS NOT SUITABLE FOR USE

Latex paints (Emulsion), etc. Alkaline and acid paints. Coating

materials with a flash point below 21°C.

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME OF THE MATERIAL

Adjust material volume by turning the regulator located behind the

spray gun trigger.
- Turn down ---> To decrease the volume of the material
+ Turn up ---> To increase the volume of the material
 SPRAY TECHNIQUE

The result of the spray depends largely on the smoothness and

cleanliness of the surface to be sprayed. Therefore, the surface must
be carefully prepared and kept free of dust.
• Cover all surfaces that will not be sprayed.
• Cover screw threads and similar parts of the object you intend to
spray.
• It is advisable to test the spray gun on a sheet of cardboard or
similar surface to find the correct setting.

IMPORTANT: Start spraying on the outer surface of the object and

avoid interruptions to the inner area.

Be sure to hold the gun approximately 10-30cm from the object to

be painted, otherwise you will get an uneven finish.

Move the gun evenly across or up and down, depending on the

spray pattern setting.

A smooth movement of the gun results in a uniform surface finish.

When material builds up on the nozzle (A) and air cap (B) clean both
parts with solvent or water.

*It is recommended to use the gun in intervals of half an hour and let
the gun rest for 20-25 minutes between each one to avoid overheating
and extend the life of the equipment.

3 Mantenimiento / Maintenance

MANTENIMIENTO

Cambie el filtro de aire si está sucio.

 Nunca opere la pistola sin filtro de aire; Puede entrar suciedad e
interferir con la función de la pistola

APAGADO Y LIMPIEZA

Se requiere una limpieza apropiada para operar la pistola sin

problemas. Una limpieza nula o inapropiada invalida la garantía de
este producto.

1.-Desenchufe la clavija de la energía eléctrica. Después de largos

descansos o al terminar el trabajo, deberá purgar el aire residual del
contenedor. Esto puede hacerse abriendo y cerrando el contenedor o
presionando el gatillo y apuntando al envase original de su pintura o
material utilizado.

2.-Para separar la pistola. Presione el botón de desarme y sin

soltarlo. Separe la parte frontal de la pistola rociadora

3.-Desenrosque el contenedor. Vacíe cualquier remanente del

material o pintura hacia el envase original.

4.-Retire el exceso del contenedor y del tubo de succión con una

brocha o trapo.

5.-Vacíe agua o solvente en el contenedor y atorníllelo de nuevo a

la pistola. Use solo solventes con un punto de ignición arriba de 21°C.

6.-Ensamble la pistola otra vez.

7.-Conecte la clavija a la corriente eléctrica nuevamente, prenda la

pistola y rocíe el solvente o agua hacia un contenedor o algún trapo.

8.-Repita el procedimiento anterior hasta que el solvente o agua

salga limpia y sin residuos de pintura.

9.-Apague la pistola.
¡ADVERTENCIA! Nunca sumerja la parte trasera de la pistola en agua
o en líquidos, solo límpiela con un trapo.
 10.-Limpie el exterior de la pistola y contenedor con un trapo
mojado en solvente o agua.

11.-Destornille la tuerca unión/guarda, quite la tapa de aire y la

boquilla. Limpie la tapa de aire y boquilla con una brocha y solvente o
agua.

12.-Asegúrese que no quede líquido en el contenedor, seque bien la

pistola solvente y guárdela en un lugar seco y limpio libre de polvo.

SHUT DOWN AND CLEAN

Proper cleaning is required to operate the gun smoothly. No or

improper cleaning invalidates the warranty of this product.

1.-Unplug the power plug. After long breaks or finishing work, you
will need to purge any residual air from the container. This can be done
by opening and closing the container or by pressing the trigger and
aiming at the original container of your paint or used material.

2.-To separate the gun. Press the disarm button and hold it.

3.-Unscrew the container. Empty any remaining material or paint

back into the original container.

4.-Remove the excess from the container and the suction tube with
a brush or cloth.

5.-Empty water or solvent in the container and screw it back to the

gun. Use only solvents with a flash point above 21°C.

6.-Assemble the gun again.

7.-Connect the plug to the electric current again, turn on the gun and
spray the solvent or water towards a container or some cloth.
 8.-Repeat the above procedure until the solvent or water comes out
clean and without paint residue.

9.-Turn off the gun.

¡ADVERTENCIA! Never immerse the back of the gun in water or

liquid, just wipe it clean.

10.-Clean the exterior of the gun and container with a cloth soaked
in solvent or water.

11.-Unscrew the union/guard nut, remove the air cap and the
nozzle. Clean the air cap and nozzle with a brush and solvent or water.

12.-Make sure that there is no liquid left in the container, dry the
solvent gun well and store it in a dry and clean place free of dust.

MAINTENANCE

Change the air filter if it is dirty.

Never operate the gun without an air filter; Dirt can enter and
interfere with the function of the gun
