Now let's analyze how the buildings are joined to the ground, in image one you can see that it
rises from the ground with the help of a series of circular columns that are repeated every
certain space and that are joined to a series of beams and that together hold a cantilevered
plate, on the other hand, in image two the building is joined to the ground as if they were one,
it can be assumed that the shape of the columns is rectangular. although the shape of the
columns is different the two images share the similarity of elements such as columns and
beams. It can also be assumed that they have similarities in construction materials.
the surroundings of the images are very important because depending on the location or
sector affects the design and shape of the building, in image 1 you can see a landscape with
nature, it can be a building that is outside the city or a building in the middle of the forest or on
a mountain as the building is surrounded by a number of trees, In image 2, the building is
located in a more urban sector, it could be a building in the center of a city since it has
buildings located on its sides and it is located in a busy sector since it has a roadway with
possibly two lanes in different directions for a greater movement of vehicles.
1. Although the two buildings are located in different places or environments, they are similar
in their elements or envelopes since, although one has circular columns and the other
rectangular columns, they both have an entablature with a beam element, which generates a
transition between the horizontal and the vertical.
