Términos y Condiciones

1.- Se atenderán reclamos hasta 48 horas posteriores a la entrega del producto. Se deberá indicar el número
de factura y orden de trabajo sin excepción.

2.- No se aceptan reclamos por lentes montados o biselados por el cliente.

3.- Para poder hacer un reclamo el cliente debe de estar al día en sus pagos, sin excepción.
4.- Las garantías serán validadas por nuestro departamento técnico.
5.- No aplica garantía por fisura o roptura en lentes Policarbonato.
6.- Point Optical se reserva el derecho de no biselar lentes en armazones inadecuados o de baja calidad a
menos que el cliente decida y acepte por su cuenta y riesgo realizar el montaje, debiendo pagar la totalidad
de los lentes y el servicio de montaje aún cuando el armazón se haya deteriorado o roto en el proceso.
7.- Horarios de atención: Lunes a Viernes de 09h00 am a 19h00 pm, sábados de 09h00 am a 18h00 pm.
8.- Tiempos de entrega:
a) Bisel A y Bisel B: 24 horas posteriores a la recepción del producto.
b) Bisel C: 48 horas posteriores a la recepción del producto.
c) Para provincias adicionar 1 día por concepto de envío.
9.- Las órdenes para laboratorios se receptarán hasta las 17h00 pm para que empiece a procesarse el mismo
día caso contrario se procesará el día siguiente laborable.
