RESUMEN
En el internado de la Bluefields Indian & Caribean University sede Bluefields actualmente cuenta
con tres módulos para albergar a los estudiantes que vienen de las comunidades y municipios de
las regiones autónomas, sin embargo, estos módulos no cuentan con un espacio donde los
internos pueden sentarse y hacer sus actividades educativas provocando que puedan tener un
rendimiento bajo en sus calificaciones. Con el objetivo de mejorar el rendimiento académico de
los estudiantes se propone un módulo educativo ecológico el cual brindará un entorno apropiado
para el estudio. Para realizar esta propuesta se realizó un levantamiento topográfico planímetro
con cinta métrica, Sistema de Posicionamiento Global y una brújula, se hicieron planos con
programas informáticos de dibujo y se determinó el costo estimado con los manuales y normas de
construcción. Los resultados obtenidos fue que el terreno propuesto para el proyecto es plano y
de poca vegetación, se hicieron 14 planos constructivos y el costo estimado que tendría el módulo
es de C$1,277,190.49 (un millón doscientos setenta y siete mil ciento noventa córdobas con
cuarenta y nueve centavos). Esta propuesta planea ayudar con la planificación en infraestructuras
que tenga la Bluefields Indian & Caribean University recinto Bluefields, al igual con el
implemento del reciclaje como opciones de construcción para futuros proyectos.

ABSTRACT
In the boarding school of the Bluefields Indian & Caribbean University, Bluefields headquarters
currently has three modules to house students who come from the communities and
municipalities of the autonomous regions, however, these modules do not have a space where the
boarders can sit and do their educational activities causing them to perform poorly on their
grades. In order to improve the academic performance of students, an ecological educational
module is proposed which will provide an appropriate environment for study. To carry out this
proposal, a planimeter topographic survey was carried out with a tape measure, Global
Positioning System and a compass, plans were made with computer drawing programs and the
estimated cost was determined with the construction manuals and regulations. The results
obtained were that the land proposed for the project is flat and with little vegetation, 14
construction plans were made and the estimated cost of the module is C$1,277,190.49 (one
million two hundred and seventy-seven thousand one hundred and ninety córdobas with forty-
nine cents). This proposal plans to help with the infrastructure planning of the Bluefields Indian
& Caribbean University Bluefields campus, as well as the implementation of recycling as
construction options for future projects.
